We had North Shore come and complete a full Gutter and Downspout removal and replacement. We are very happy with the finished product, the gutters look great and we are very happy with the clean outs. Our only issue with the project was we had to schedule and reschedule the install date a few times. They said it was because other job running over time and guys not showing on the right day. This was a little disappointing but now the work is complete we are very happy with the final product.

This company replaced the gutters on my home. They were here for about 2 hours, and the job was complete. The new gutters look good. Only time will tell if the screen on top will keep the debris out. For that reason, I can't give 5 stars.

This company takes your credit card information at the time of booking! We returned from a holiday to find they had cleaned our gutters without permission during the coldest week of the month-sub zero temps, left a skating rink at the front entrance, mess on the back porch, damaged our hose then charged me $367.50

We had to replace the roof on our house. At the same time we decided to replace the gutters and downpipes. I contacted North Shore Home Services as my first choice for estimates. The owner of the company arrived when scheduled. He gave me the options that were available for gutters and downpipes. The next day I had a quote that was very professional in nature. Because of the promptness of both the visit and quote, I elected to go with this firm. The price I felt was reasonable even though I did not get a competitive quote. When I wanted the old gutters removed I phoned the company and the next day they removed them. After the new roof was installed I phoned once again and within two days the installers arrived. Both the removal and installation were done in a very professional manner. The installers were very polite and I felt they truly wanted to satisfy the customer. The installation went very well and at the end of the job everything was done to my satisfaction. This is a company that I would definitely recommend to my friends.

After a bit of shopping around, I chose to use NS Home Services for a MUCH OVERDUE roof and gutter clean. The gutters were so bad, that the moss wasn't just accumulating in them, but growing in them! The office staff were knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and the job was scheduled and completed on time. Normally I dread having trades or service folks on site because they have a tendency to be surly or talk down to me (clearly I know nothing about home repair...) but the crew that arrived were friendly, helpful and worked really hard (the job was a bit bigger than originally anticipated). Added bonus, even with the job being a bit bigger, NS honoured their original quote. Outstanding service and I will use them again in the spring to give the exterior of the house a good clean! Not a good experience. I picked up the pre-primed wood from them to paint it before it went up. They gave me the wrong board. (2"x 8" instead of 2"x10"). I called them and they said they would come and switch it out. They came when I wasn't home and instead of leaving it for me to paint, put it up. When I finally had the right board and had it painted, they came to put it up. I was doing some work under a covered area and they asked if they could use my cordless skill saw. I said, sure, just put it back when you're done (I had to leave). It started pouring rain while I was gone, and I didn't get back until after dark. The next morning, I found my skill saw out in the rain. Luckily, it dried out okay, but when I phoned them about it, they denied even using it!

The thought of my rain gutters makes my heart pitter pat, I love them! They're the seamless ones and match my house and trim to the tee. Since they were up there they gave my skylight a wipe which was nice. The service was outstanding and the price was fair a win win for me.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated a job well done. Both Brandon and Daryl were professional, friendly and very thorough. North Shore Home Services is the company that did the gutters. They cleaned them all out and fixed a few leaks. I trust them because they are insured and listed in the BBB. Their prices are very reasonable. Their work and their workers are very professional.They also guarantee all of their work. It is also a company that has worked in the lower mainland for many years and has a good reputation.
