We purchased a new Ashley king size bedroom set. It was delivered as promised but a foot-board draw was damaged. We contacted the bedroom store Customer Service one hour after delivery and they ordered a replacement immediately after we sent photos of the damaged part. UPS delivered a new draw in just over a week. Now that is great service!! We wish other retailers could follow this example. We will certainly visit the Bedroom Store for any further furniture needs.

Just took delivery of a Handstone dining room table and sideboard from The Bedroom Shop. Their new location on Yonge St. in Newmarket is spacious and there is a great selection of furniture. Pricing was very competitive and customer service was excellent. To round out the positive experience, the delivery process was completed today and it was flawless - very professional, on time, and very respectful delivery guys.

We purchased Queen Mattress, coffee table and Glider Lounge Chair. David Green sales manager and Bonnie at scheduling for delivery fantastic. I'd shop there again. Delivery guys also very courteous.

David at the Bedroom Shoppe was excellent with us. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions honestly and offered great advice. It was a pleasure working with Dave!

Found TheBedroomShop website while looking for Canadian Made solid bunk beds online. Made contact with their Newmarket store and arranged to meet the Store Manager to review our needs. Found the selection, options and pricing to be very competitive. Found their showroom to be very well stocked with showroom samples of all of our items of interest. Found their willingness to negotiate pricing with our large order to be very helpful; hence our initial interest in bunk beds expanded to include a number of sofas and sofabeds and mattresses. Pleased to find local Canadian manufactured products being carried by this company. A complete showroom fabric display of hundreds of upholstery options for each of their manufacturers. This allowed us to leverage pricing and delivery costs by bundling our order. Very pleased to find that they were able to accommodate delivery to The Kawartha's, to our lakefront property. Excellent communication, in person, by phone and email throughout the process.

My son bought a condo, he needed a bedroom set. A friend suggested we visited the Bedroom Shop. I was impressed with their knowledgeable service. Dave, the sales associates was patient and attentive. We were very happy with our purchased, we ended up purchasing the bedroom set and a couch. I have since gone back and purchased 4 bar stools. I will definitely recommend the Bedroom Shop to friends and family.

Love the set I purchased! I would recommend getting the gold delivery service too, everything was set up for me and all garbage taken away. The movers were very pleasant and did a great job.

Dave and Mike were very helpful with suggestions and made it easier to make my decisions.
