Prompt and friendly with no waiting. Within minutes of making a request, I had an answer re: available stock.

After visiting many good quality branded furniture manufacturers and retailers, we end up buying our complete furniture for new home from The Bedroom Shop, New Market. Mike and Susan are awesome with complete knowledge of wood used in furniture, they very well suggested to pick the brand and furniture. The best part is that they suggested us the way they are buying for themselves. Bedroom Shop has a wide range of good solid Canadian made hard wood furniture from high end Canadian manufacturers. We bought a Vaughan-Basset bed and Handstone dining table. We have requested to arrange the speedy delivery which may take 4-8 weeks. We are sure going to be their returning customer and looking forward to see them again for our living and other rooms. Thanks Mike, Susan and Jeff.  

Customer service is what set the bedroom shop apart. If you have an issue with anything they will work with you to resolve it.

I had purchased the bed from the Bedroom Shop a couple of years ago and I couldn't be happier. The quality is great, and it looks amazing in my daughters bedroom. I did have a slight concern with one of the bedposts a couple of years later and upon calling into the Bedroom Shop I was greeted with the most amazing customer service, so much patience for the questions I had and ultimately I was sent the replacement parts without any charge whatsoever. That to me is exceptional customer service and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend others to do so as well

UPDATE - After the feedback the send me the $200 gift voucher as promised. However, still waiting for them to replace the defective mattress. Pls note I need to pay another delivery charge to get the defective mattress replaced. Please save your money and don't buy anything from this store.. This is by far the worst furniture shop I have ever dealt with. The sales people don't even anwer you question once the order is placed. The furniture was not delivered on time even though promises were made twice. I had to rent a furniture and they agreed to give me $200 in gift card/certificate. Never received any from them. No respect for customer once you place the order. I don't know how they have managed even few positive feedbacks. I would not give them even 1 star.

All purchased items have been top quality and the service was excellent. I had dealt with the Bedroom Shop before and when I wanted to purchase a desk for my granddaughter I went there first and received the same excellent service.
