Foundation waterproofing
They started on the day that they had planned, and finished on schedule. Their price was comparable with another quote that I had. From what I could see, they did a great job.

On Time - On Target - On Budget - Great Work
Absolutely first rate service. Gaetan was the first on site of three contractors we called to examine our basement leak and cracked foundation. His assessment was professional and thorough and he completed his estimate on site (others took 24-48 hours). Later, his team completed the work in a timely fashion and within two hours they had dug down to the weeeping tile - excavated the entire area the cracks had evolved on - and conducted mutilayered repairs. Very professional and a 20 year warranty as well (most others only had a 10 year warranty). Great work.

interior basement liner and sump pump
When I contacted Gaetan, he was the third foundation company that I had called, but the first one to show up! He was on time (actually early) when we first met, answered all our questions and was very supportive throughout the entire process. Honest and informative gentleman who was always able to be reached by phone or text and if he couldn't answer the phone would call me back right away. Highly recommend Gaetan and Boldan for any stressful job that leaks bring...!

Foundation repair
The Bol-Dan crew did excellent work repairing our foundation. They were hard-working, friendly and very good at their jobs. We are really glad to have this project completed before winter. We can relax knowing our basement will be dry in the spring. Bol-Dan arrived on the date they promised and left a very tidy job site when they were done.

Wet basement repair
I hired Bol-Dan to help when my basement developed a leak. Gaetan Bolduc said that his company could fix the problem. They arrived early and worked hard all day and finished the job the next day. Answered all my questions and explained all the steps they take to ensure a dry basement. They believe in customer service. I like that their work came with a 10 year guarantee. I would definitely recommend Bol-Dan to anyone that needs foundation and masonry repairs.

Fixing foundation wall crack from outside by digging down to the footing, locaing and patching crack, and applying waterproofing membrane, then backfilling and re-installing window well.
Excellent care in not damaging anything around the work area, and leaving excavated area as close to original condition as possible. Care in how the repair and waterproofing was done.

Basement cold storage room
The work was explained in it’s entirety, showed up on time , on budget and completed the work on time.

Garage foundation repair
Gaetan and his guys started digging by the foundation and quickly realized the repair didn't require them to dig to the footing. They were able to repair the area and made it solid by putting in two big corner plates: they then covered the plates with a membrane, and addressed my concern about a small area above ground by injecting the spot with polyurethane. The excavated area was backfilled with gravel. They left the area tidy. They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

Foundation repair
Boldan first removed and disposed of an ancient and rotting deck. They dug around the foundation of my home in sections, installing a gravel bed at six feet, and a waterproof membrane and weeping tile. The work was done quickly and neatly with minimal disturbance to neighbours. Dirt was replaced with local soils and a foot high cap placed around the work so it will settle evenly. Finally, an old air conditioner and rotten fence sections were disposed of. It was a huge job done by real professionals. Boldan even saw to it that some bushes I wanted to keep were replanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Boldan to anyone who has a leaky basement, especially as Bolan offers a 20 year warranty.

Foundation repair
Positive experience with Bol-Dan.... Gaetan was professional, very informative and provided options and recommendations during the estimate process. The two-man team sent for the foundation repair was experienced, courteous and very hard-working. They were considerate and respectful of our property. Area was left very clean once the work was completed. Will definitely call them again and also highly recommend. Price was very reasonable.
