Dear Jackie Murphy, We are truly sorry for not being able to meet your expectations. You are a repeat client (that did 3 jobs with us in the course of 10 years) and we are sorry that our warranty terms did not fit your needs. The 2 windows that you purchased 2 years ago cost way less than $10K:) The parts are covered for a full replacement (the warranty terms you can find in the back of the contract) and Chris and Angela from the service department offered you to ship the parts for free multiple times. They are easy to replace (since everything came off during the window cleaning, so you can easily put it on). However, if you would like for someone to come to your house and do it for you, that is what $160 service charge for. It is to cover the costs for the time and the liability insurance for the manufacturing personnel. As stipulated in all the terms and conditions, the parts are covered for life, but the labour is not. If you would like us to proceed with mailing the small parts, please contact our service department again and Angela and Chris would be happy to assist.
