    Terrible saleman

    Had a sales rep come in for a quote based on a reference from someone who had used them previously. The sales rep that came, provided little to no information on the product. I asked a number of questions but he just seemed annoyed to be here. Definitely a waste of time. They shouldn’t come for in home visits if they not in the business of wanting to sell their windows.

    Windows

    Gave us fair price, had windows made within 3 weeks and installation was done in one day the guys cleaned up after and took all old ones away great service

    New Windows Supply & Install

    Excellent service from start to finish... installers came early as promised and finish the entire job in a quick and professional manner. The sales rep Ian was really helpful and courteous, he even came during installation and answered all the questions we had. I did my research and I strongly recommended this company if you're interested....

    Horrible place to do business

    Got a brand new door in December 2017 and paid $6000. One month after installation the door started falling apart: the rubber strip at the bottom came off and the wooden panels inside fell off. I have been trying to get them to come over and fix the door since January and I get one excuse after another. The last time I called they told me that there would be a charge of $160 to fix the door, even though it fell apart in less than 30 days after installation. I asked for the manager to call me and they promised he would... but he never did. They obviously care about only one thing: your money. Once they get it you are on your own. Do not purchase anything from them, you will deeply regret it.

Not sure why you are stating that you can't get through, since we spoke to you on numerous occasions (service department, quality control department, manager) and we did mail you totally new weather stripping for your convenience. If you wish for someone to come, their time and liability are not covered under warranty terms (that you can find on the back of the contract). The warranty covers parts and you were provided with it. It is extremely easy to slide sweep of and slide new one on (as quality control explained). If you still want someone to come, please contact our service department at 416-661-7570.

    New French Door

    Great job from start to finish. Our sales rep, Jacob, went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our choice to go with Loyal Seal. He took all our calls and came by twice to answer all our questions and ensure us we were getting the doors we wanted and they would be installed properly. Udi and his team did the installation. They arrived on time and did a great job ensuring that the doors were put in correctly. They even went to the nearest Home Depot when they need special screws that they did not have. They made sure that the area was left very clean. We would definitely call Loyal Seal for our next replacement

    Windows and Door replacement

    I would put 10 stars but I didn’t have a good experience with the salesperson I had to deal with. The rest of the people that I had to deal with were very pleasant and accommodating. Mary provided great customer service and the 2 installers (Sadik and Udi) were great and very understanding. Overall, I believe they did a great job.

    Basement Windows replacement

    Tried to get another well known and advertised company to come out and give me a quote but they never called back. Loyal was there in no time to give me an estimate and we signed a contract. Work was done on time, neat and appears to be of good quality. I am totally satisfied and as a footnote the installation contractors had no problem with me hovering as they did the work...lol

    Front Door and two Windows

    Great customer service from start to finish. The team that came to my house was very clean and quick. The sales person had the best suggestions that worked within our budget.

    Fabulous Job!

    I recently had four windows replaced in my home. The installers were very courteous, professional and meticulous. The job was completed swiftly and efficiently. The cleanup was thorough-and my windows look fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend Loyal Seal Windows to my friends and neighbours.

    Window purchase and installation

    Great company to deal with. Great communication, we were kept informed of the progress throughout the entire time. From the original estimate through to the installation, they always showed up when they said they would. In fact, the original estimate was 4 weeks for completion, it was completed in 3 weeks. Quality work and great service.
