We recently had half of our homes windows replaced. They did a great job and finished in one day. It was very clean service. No mess afterwards. And they didn't try to up sell me to do the whole house. They only got me to do what was needed and in my budget. I also got financing through their Finance company H2O. They made sure the payments were exactly what I needed. I would use and recommend Loyal Seal to anyone that needs to get windows done.

Three windows installed in 3 hours and job done very professionally
Loyal Seal installed 3 large triple glazed casing windows from Window City 2 weeks ago. Sales rep Leo visited us first and took his time to explain all options and specifics about different products and gave us exactly the features we were looking for. The day after, contractor Vadim came over and took measurements, and windows were ready in 2 weeks. The installation by Vadim and his colleague took only 3 hours, but they were very thorough as I watched the whole process, and all windows fit and functioned perfectly. The work was done very cleanly, no scratches anywhere on walls etc. and all work areas inside the house and outside was thoroughly cleaned, old windows disposed off for us. We also appreciate a lot that Vadim fixed part of an old wooden frame around window to prevent deterioration. Lastly, all windows were thoroughly sealed. All appointments were on time and all people from Loyal Seal who we dealt with, accomodated all our requests. So we are very happy and hope that new windows will last for life without problems.

windows and door
I have used the company for three times now and I am very please with the product, pricing and service I received. Thanks to Dennis our front door and windows look amazing. Fantastic job !

doors installation- waiting for their help
We got front and back doors replaced by Loyal Seal. Were very happy in the begining, as the doors looked very contemporary. We also got good advice on the design and functional elements. However, 2-3 years later, orange brown dots appeared in between front door glass and they grow in size and quantity! We can not clean them as they are in between glass. The glass looks worse and worse everyday. Contacted the company with pictures several times - hoping for reaponse and help.

Living/Dining Room Windows and Door
We replaced our Living Room/Dining Room windows and the door leading to our sun-room last September 2013 and I was glad we called Loyal Seal Windows & Doors Inc. I couldn't be more satisfied! The guys came on time and not only was I satisfied by the product and the quality of installation the guys did, I was also impressed by how clean they worked; no mess was left behind! We are replacing our main door and small window in our mud-room in June and guess who's doing the work? Loyal Seal of course!

Very satisfied. I was very please the moment Jacob the sales tep come over he was very knowledgable, pleasant to deal with explained the different types of glass and brought sample.

whole house
September 2014 we replace all of the windows and doors in our house. We couldn't be happier with the job the guys did. Everything was done right and on time. Couldn't ask for a better job. Would recommend Loyal Seal to everyone. Great job guy.THANKS

Windows installed for whole house
Windows replaced in Jul 2013 for whole house and after may be about 7-8 month mold started growing between glass.Reported to company but no response with life time warranty. The gas, usually argon, is sealed between the two layers of glass in the manufacturing process. If the seal is compromised, however, condensation can form between the panes and mold can grow there. The appearance of mold or condensation between double pane windows means the seal on the glass has failed. The glass should be replaced if at all possible. Dear Mr. Mehta, As you may recall we have inspected your windows and so did Window City the manufacturer. According to the inspections what you are experiencing with your windows is dirt accumulation (not seal failure of thermal units) that was sitting behind the glass on the outside and moisture caused it to turn black. You need to wash the windows at least twice a year with a detergent cleaner. As you may see the dirt is accumulating only at the bottom on the outside. Seal failure is normally visible when the actual glass fogs up.

FRONT PORCH AND ENTRANCE DOOR
We had our front porch and entrance door made by loyal seal. they are not properly installed and the entrance door is squeaking, and draft from porch still enters. After contacting the company, I was told the installation is wrong. Dear Mr. Sharma, On the day of your installation the supervisor was at your home to inspect your porch and door. We addressed your issues. As you may recall you were unhappy with the design selection for your porch and refused to pay the full balance owing on completion. Furthermore, a factory service technician also arrived to inspect the product and didn't find any fault with it or the installation at which point you were suppose to pay the outstanding balance. You refused to pay the outstanding balance once again. As per our company's policy no service or warranty will be provided until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Thank you
