    windows

    I paid thousands for new windows in the entire house from this company in Spring. By the time winter rolled around, we noticed serious drafts coming in from certain windows and realized they hadn't been sealed properly. We tried contacting them over the course of about 2 years and they just kept giving us the slip (wouldn't call back, saying someone would come by, etc). When I finally got serious and contacted them until I managed to get a response, it was that they were not responsible because it wasn't reported immediately. We are not experts, which is why we hired a 'professional' company to install them...we couldn't have known the problem existed until it was cold enough to feel it (at least 6 months later). Anyways, its an easy fix, but the fact that this company isn't willing to take responsibility for something the salesman repaetedly 'guaranteed product and INSTALATION' when pitching to us is unbelievable. Its also a really bad sign when a company is willing to upset a customer over a few bucks.

    Front House Porch Inclosure

    Had a porch enclosure put on front of house,been leaking ever since we had it done 20 months ago. We got new roof etc. They blame everything and it stills leaks. Laura the owner won't even call back because the people she sends say it's something else, not there problem. frame leaks, windows leak door frame leaks seal around bottom frame, Yes they have caulk never helped. They never fixed the problem but gave many excuses. On why its like that. After we got new roof which they said was the problem ,it still leaks. bought water seal paint for our brick wall they told us to do that we did , it still leaks. It goes on and on now they just don't call back. We realized they don't care. But they take the money! So buyer beware!

As you may recall we have visited your home on 6 different occasion, both Loyal seal and Nissan Aluminum doors (the manufacturer of your porch) Hans, the owner of Nissan Aluminum doors has taken your porch apart and resealed the entire porch. When he inspected the porch with water, there was no leak to be found. We have suggested that the fault may lie with your roof or your floor. Your floor is made of flagstone material which absorbs water and thus could be the reason you are seeing dampness on the inside of your porch. It could very well be your roof, there have been marks on your porch wall coming from the direction of the roof. We have done everything we can and did not find fault with the product or service.     Front Door , some windows.

    I got LoyalSeal's contact number by word of mouth and now understand why it is so important... I was highly impressed by Loyal Seal, specifically Denis. He is very knowledgable and honest person who always keeps his word, not like other salespeople who are only eager to sell you. Installation was done very professionally, fast with no mess and based on the time and cost estimate. Denis has followed up with me on a regular basis and took care of me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the company and Denis and will personally deal with them for all my future doors and windows needs. P.S. Loyal Seal has the best choice of windows and doors out there, no matter if you choose basic staff or you want to get something out of the ordinary.

    Windows

    I recently bought a home with a great view …but needs new windows. Denis gave me the best price, so I had large front window and 2 basement windows replaced. The installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards. I’ll definitely recommend Loyal Seal Windows & Doors for my friend’s.

    Window Doors

    We were highly impressed by the quality of service that we received from Loyal Seal Windows & Doors. Salesperson Denis was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in meeting all of our needs. The installers were equally proficient and courteous. It was a pleasure!!!     replacement of doors and windows

    My home required a full renewal of all doors and windows. I had spoken to some friends who referred me to loyal seal, I went ahead and contacted the main line. Within a few days I had met with a rep, Denis to discuss. Denis was a true professional, he listened carefully to my needs and provided me with a number of options. I let him know that I liked his no pressure approach and that I would get back to him after some shopping around. I met with other companies and felt that none were as knowledgeable or realistic as Denis, they were not matching prices and were mostly concerned with pushing me into spending more money than I had budgeted for. I contacted Denis again and went ahead with his quote. Firstly, the whole installation process was competed within less than a week, the installers were curteous and polite, they took great care of my home over the course of the installation. Secondly, the product had been delivered and installed as promised and I am very happy with my purchase. Denis reached out to me some time in the following months to ensure that I was happy and had asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend loyal seal to anyone who needs windows and doors. If you want a reliable product, a fair/affordable price, and great service these guys are the way to go. A pleasure to do business with.

    Windows & Doors

    We were shopping around the market a while and are savvy customers. Loyal Seal was our chosen company for a full house window replacement for a few reasons: 1. Denis (our rep) was extremely professional, upfront, helpful in making right choices, offered us wide variety of options, guarantee and lifetime service. 2. The price offered was very competitive 3. The installation was performed by caring and pleasant crew (led by Udi) and we got everything we were promised. They arrived on-time, installed quickly and no mess was left behind. 4. Day after the installation, Denis followed up with us to confirm that we are satisfied and if there are any questions or concerns with our new purchase. 5. I must say that the quality of the windows is superb. The opening, the heat retention, moisture control is as promised. I would highly recommend Loyal Seal to anyone looking for great quality, competitive price, great service and pleasant experience during renovations.

    Window

    I would like I start off first by saying thank you LoyalSeal for your amazing job and great customer service. When I first thought about changing my windows, it was difficult to find the right company to do this. But after having an agent by the name of Stan visit me for an estimate, I was quite impressed with the amount of passion he possessed about windows or doors. I didn't feel pressured and it seem like he cared more for my well being than for the money. After we agreed on the job, I felt a sense of relief that it would be taken cared of properly. And it was. The contractors were prompt and efficient. The price was right and the work was exceptional. Because of the cold winter we are having , I am glad that I made this choice to change my window. I will be getting more windows installed by this company . I recommend this company to others. Good job Loyalseal , see you soon Richie

    Windows and doors

    I would not recommend this company for many reasons: 1) the services we were promised were not honoured due to a "miscommunication" with our contract 2) when I called to remedy the above issue, I was yelled at, was called names and was hung up on 3) I have waited almost a month now for the service department to contact me. I installed new doors and less than 2 months after installation they require service - I have called 3 times over the past month to follow up with the service department, but each time I call I am told the service department will contact me by a certain date (which they never do). The most recent time I called I was told that no one would be available until another 3-4 weeks. They claim there has been no one available to do service requests since the first time I called in 4 weeks ago. This is unacceptable and is a safety concern for people who need their faulty doors and windows fixed.

    Winds & Door

    my home 8 windows have installed on Sep 5,2013 with Window City Double Slider Tilt Windows. At that time the weather is not cold, i didn't find any air leaking. But Since Nov 15 , the temperature is drop , I can feel the windows are all leaking.---The cold wind coming out from the bottom of windows.... Yesterday , i called the company customer service, she said someone will call soon. Today i call the company customer service again, she said someone will call me tomorrow.. Let see how Loyal Seal Windows & Doors Inc customer service looks like!!! Nov 26.

    Dear Rosalie, The coldness that you were feeling coming from your windows is actually coming from the glass. Since glass is a conductor it is normal to feel coldness when touching the glass or standing close to the window, especially on very cold days with below average temperatures. You may also experience coldness around the windows which can be coming for the walls, especially in older homes.
