Mark and his team from Durham fibreglass pools, helped us realize our dream indoor pool. This unique project required Mark and his team to coordinate with our contractor "Tintern contracting" during the excavation and installation of the pool. A slide and flush in ground cover system added to the complexity. They handled this with ease and professionalism. After initial installations, Marked helped the contractor build a protective cover over the pool, so that the building could be finished. He then came back after the room was built to get the pool up and running. Here are a few pictures.

My experience with Durham was excellent from start to finish. From my initial meetings with Dennis during Covid right through installation and first opening last year, I was never disappointed. Dennis and Elizabeth were responsive and prompt with all the contract and payment stuff. Mark and Keith were awesome during the install. Their attention to detail was exceptional and hey worked hard to help our family achieve our overall backyard plan. They were collaborative with me as well as the landscaper and the result is outstanding. We had a great first summer last year and can't wait to open again soon. Durham Pools came to the house we were going to buy to inspect the site and confirm installation was possible. They described a number of models of pool and associated equipment. The end result was a swimming pool that perfectly met the needs of our family, ranging from toddlers to seniors. The installation was complicated by access restrictions, but the installation crew handled it. The pool was hoisted over the house and dropped into the excavated hole with a perfect fit. Installation and hook up was completed quickly, on time and on budget. Our back yard has become the place to go since Durham Pools converted a sloped, unused back yard into an entertainment centre.

Durham Fibreglass Pools was one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are very ethical and very customer experience focused, to give you the desired outcome you are looking for. From the consultation with Dennis, to helping plan the backyard overall look, securing a trusted contractor for landscaping, Mark, Keith and the team's installation of pool and spa and the setup of the pool and equipment, the experience was seamless. When you spend this amount of money, you hope for the best not always knowing what to expect, but all I can say with confidence is that you will not be disappointed with Durham Fibreglass Pools.

This is the second pool that DFP has installed for us , we were very happy with the first and they were our only choice when we moved , we are just as happy with this install and we recommend them
