The service and support we received throughout the whole process was exemplary. Everyone we have dealt with from Dennis at the initial stages to Mark and Keith during installation were absolutely fantastic. Even the challenges that COVID presented were handled with the utmost professionalism. They continued to be available for any questions and/or assistance that we required. We are very satisfied with their workmanship and attention to detail. They went over and above to give us the backyard we dreamed of.

Dennis and Mark worked their magic to help us create the backyard oasis we had always dreamed of owning. Right from our first meeting, we knew this family-run business would be the best fit for us to install our pool. Even when we ran into an unforeseen snag as they were digging the hole, they did their best to solve the issue by providing materials at cost so they could keep as close to the quoted price as possible. The work was completed on time and any delays or changes were communicated to us so we knew what to expect. This is a top-notch company and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company. You won’t regret it.

Hard to find pool companies East of Toronto but rest assured you are in good hands with DFP. Great experience from the inception - with Dennis during the quotation and information sharing months ahead of the actual project commencement. Despite the challenges the pandemic posed with obtaining product and logistics associated with this - DFP persevered with the diligence and hard work to give us the backyard that we yearned for. Special thanks to the boss man, Mark for his great dedication and tireless efforts from the start to finish; the pride of his work is evident and the customer is aware of this throughout. Amazing to see the prep work (in the heat of the summer; thumbs up to Owen) to the final product and the journey to get there was worth it. When we went shopping for a fibreglass pool in 2010, we got 3 quotes. Durham Fibreglass Pools was not the lowest but they were not the highest. What helped us choose the company was that we liked Dennis – especially when he said that he’s not going anywhere. In other words, he & his team would be there for us throughout the installation & beyond. This remains true to this day. If I have a question or an issue, Dennis is only an email or phone call away. Bottom line - the Durham Fibreglass Pools team is professional, approachable, reasonably priced & they will be there for you!

I called Dennis in January . He called back quickly and arranged to come by . He was very patient explaining what would work best for us. We had some challenges with are install because we were so close to water. Mark and Brian were great guys to work with . They get the job done quickly and right. The whole team did a great job. Job well done over the winter months so we could enjoy the pool in early Spring. I also recommend the opening and closing services which was excellent after the one year anniversary since the pool was installed.

Mark and Dennis did a fantastic job with our pool installation. Dennis was very helpful in guiding us through selecting the right configuration for our yard, and that our needs were met. Mark and the install team were terrific. Very friendly and made several suggestions that improved on our initial vision. After the pool was installed, Dennis was very helpful in walking us through the operation in detail, and patient as I learned. It was installed in summer 2019. The picture attached is right after final installation and doesn't do it justice (very very happy with the final results). If I can, will post more pictures once landscaping is complete.

We are very pleased with our experience with Durham Fiberglass Pools. From our initial meeting with Dennis, we appreciated his no sales pressure approach. He provided us great options to choose from.
