    Duct Cleaning Service and Furnace Install

    Dillon was friendly and did a good job on the duct cleaning, Dan installed the furnace and did an excellent job. Thanks. All the workers are good and on time too. The duct cleaning was a not charged as I am a member. The furnace including install was about 3,700 dollars.

    Duct cleaning

    The duct cleaner came to my house and gave me a strange feeling like he was here for something more. At the end he drilled a hole in my furnace and poured water in it to show me with a camera that the heat exchanger leaks and the furnace needs replacing. I couldn't see any leaks so I was hesitant to agree. I think this company feels that if your furnace is over 20 years old it needs to be replaced. So they use scare tactics to convince you. Always get a second opinion if someone tells you that you need to replace your furnace.

    Hi Dan Thank you for your review. A complete heat exchanger and safety inspection is included with our duct cleaning packages. If the technician found a leak/crack in your heat exchanger that is something that should be addressed as it is a potential health problem. With the equipment we use we usually get unequivocal results. Ether the heat exchanger is damaged or it isn't. As far as getting a second opinion - that is always a good idea. However, unless the technician has an infrared cameral of the same quality and he/she uses a water test - the examination would be inconclusive. This is not a "scare" tactic. Our technician are trained to simply point out the problem and then let the customer decide what they want to do. If you decide to get a second opinion or you don't feel it is a problem or you don't want to do anything - that is certainly your prerogative. As far as replacing a furnace over 20 years old - there is a strong economic case to be made for replacing some furnaces that old. That is about the time when most furnaces begin to break down and you begin to incur very expensive repair bills. That combined with the efficiency of a new furnace can be a very strong incentive to replace a 20 year old furnace and can save you money in the long run.     FURNACE INSTALL

    We had an older furnace (as we know now) that was improperly installed. Over the years we hosted many, many repair and service persons. The best of those came from Action Furnace. They were friendly, courteous and very creative with custom solutions and adaptations to keep our furnace limping along. When it was time for a new install, we naturally chose the company that we knew and respected. And they did not disappoint. Paul came to our house and explained in detail not only what was wrong with our current system, but what options were available and at what price points. We had an appointment quickly. Nick and his team were amazing as they worked tirelessly to not only install our new system, but to also cap off the problems we had. We cannot say enough about how clever and energetic and kind he and his team are. Our new system is a dream. We are enjoying the quiet and comfortable home we always wanted. We also opted for a new water heater which works better than we imagined a hot water system could. We cannot say enough about the wonderful Action Furnace team and we do recommend them completely.

    HE Furnace, Instalation and services

    Always a great job. I've been calling them since Oct 2009 when they installed my then-new furnace (approx. cost considers the '09 rebates), which was done fast and efficient, and have never had a problem - that is, until this fall when it suddenly shut down out of the blue.. Justin came and took a look, along with the regular cleaning and inspection, and he found 4 BEES that had made their way in during the summer - Hence, the bee blockage caused an emergency shut-off. I really don't think anyone else would have been able to see the problem without a lot of searching, but Justin found it in no time flat.

    humidifier and furnace service

    Really knowledgeable and polite. The humidifier was leaking slightly the next day. They came out, no charge and then apologized for the inconvenience. It's been working great since. I really like working with people who have integrity!

    Humidifier Installation

    I had Action Furnace out to install a new humidifier. Job was very efficient and affordable service I would not hesitate to use again and recommend to everyone! Thanks Action Furnace.

    Action Furnace

    i had a cracked and burnt furnace that was 45 years old needed serious replacement. The Action Furnace team arrived on time and were very professional and clean. The entire cost was decreased by $ 500 as they did have to go through the roof for the vent. I feel safe and sound with the worked performed in our home. Thank you for making us feel more comfortable., safe and sound.

    FURNACE AND AC INSTALL

    Installation and layout of piping to routes very good. Darren (installer) and his helper along with Ryan were awesome. Very pleasant to deal with. Gayla was very helpful in my follow up call. Thank you!

    FURNACE INSTALL

    It started out as a regular (annual service since I am a Club Member) for my 10 year old Lennox furnace. Then I added up the repair costs and then asked how much for a new furnace. Great job Thanks!

    Furnace Installation

    We had an air conditioner and water heater installed two years ago. We were very pleased with the whole package. From that experience, we knew who we wanted to hire to replace our furnace. Thank you for another hassle free installation. The city inspector was here a couple of days ago and said that the install was done neat and clean and that it was a really good job. Thanks again!
