    AC required rework after inspection

    I hired Action Furnace to install AC in our home. The unit failed inspection with the city. Action was quick to correct the noted issue and am now awaiting a second inspection.

    Furnace replacement

    Action Furnace was quick and honest in providing its service. We called with problem with our furnace and the technician came for a diagnostic call within 24 hours. He provided a variety of options and was open about the pricing and longterm impact of each. Actual replacement was prompt and clean.

    Furnace check-up and duct cleaning

    I have had these guys for my new hot water tank, some upgrades, and a new furnace. They call before arriving, have a two hour time frame to show up, they show up on time, and they do a great job. I have never had any heart ache with them at all. Today Dillon checked my furnace and cleaned the ducts. I now have peace of mind and I trust my furnace and hot water tank. I am glad to be a club member because I get once a year duct cleaning. I have recommended this company to friends

    New Furnace, A/C and humidifier.

    In the last week we have had the opportunity to meet 4 of your employees. The first gentleman came to clean our furnace and do a tune up. After a quick inspection he gave us the advise of opting out of the tune up as the furnace wasn't sounding healthy and would cost a lot more than we were thinking. The next day we met with a sales rep. He was not pushy or anything like what I was dreading. He showed us the different ways to go and we were impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. By the next week we were having our new furnace installed with a few upgrades. The 2 gentlemen who were installing were very good and let me know the progress as they were goIng along. We got a tour of the furnace when they were done and gave us the good news that they wouldn't have to come back the next day as it was all installed. I told him that we have been so impressed with the company and he said that he also loves working for Action Furnace. Thank you so much for all the great customer service. I will definitely recommend Action Furnace to all our friends.

    Furnace service

    My furnace stop working and I did call after hours service department, nobody answer my call. I left message and received call back after hour .After some conversation I was told nobody will come and I can be scheduled for service next day afternoon . What king of service is this ? I ask my wife. I'm out of town and have 5 small kids home w/o heat ! I did face time with my wife and I did manage to find problem with my furnace over the phone.I phoned company again try to buy just parts but with out success. I'm really disappointed from this kind of service and will not recommend to any one for sure. I guess its hard to find some company what you can trust right now !

    Not satisfied

    I contacted this company because of a promotion for duct cleaning. I found them very unprofessional and ended up leaving a mess downstairs by my furnace. They never briefed me on the work done and showed me very little respect when I asked some questions about how the work was being done. I won't be calling them back again next year.

    AC Installation

    Action was recommended to me by one of my team mates when I was inquiring about AC this past summer. The sales guy was very helpful and informative of what options were required and in co-ordinating an appointment time for the installation. The installers came in and installed the AC unit. They did leave a bit of a mess and some unfinished wall repairs that I had to call about and it took them a couple of months to fix. Otherwise, happy with the unit and ability to call for follow up service and questions.

    Central AC

    I was interested in AC for the house but had no idea who to call. A friend had Action Furnace do her AC and new furnace and was happy with them so I decided to save myself time and call them. The guy who came to measure the windows etc was great. He explained where the unit should go and why, what they do to make sure I have the right unit and everything I needed to know. Thye cover everything from making sure you have the right usint to getting a permit and guaranteeing the work. The work was done shortly after by another guy who was very professional and showed me how it worked and what I needed to do to to keep things running smoothly. The heat wave hit shortly after and I was in paradise. I am so glad I went this route. The unit is quiet and my electic bills didn't jump through the roof - another thing that was important to me. If I have any future work I need - I will call them as I am confident the price will be fair and the work done right.

    furnace/water tank, humidifier installation,

    They made mistake to connect the humidifier to the hot water, in addition, they kept using old plastic pipe saving cost, as a result, the pipe exploded during night time and flooded my basement. The next morning, the whole house like inside a tropic forests because of high humidity.

    furnace tuneup and cleaning

    I contacted Action Furnace bec I saw a neighbor using them but I regretted it. A different company showed up (not action furnace but a white van with a different name ) Right after opening the door, the voice pitch of the tech is different. He is a salesman. I knew bec Im in sales. I did not say anything and let him do his job. He finish cleaning in around 30-45 minutes - very un usual. He did a very poor job and consume most of his time selling me stuffs. He tried to sell everything he could - from membership to a new furnace. My furnace is just 8 yrs old and being maintained regularly. He said my furnace is defective - I called a Home Inspector right away and told me nothing is wrong in my furnace. I contacted ATCO too and said there was nothing wrong. My advise to ACTION Furnace - customers are not stupid.. They are just trying to be accommodating and professional and not to be rude. . If they call to have their furnace tuned-up and cleaned, PLEASE PLEASE send a GOOD TECHNICIAN not a good SALESMAN. I hate this experience and will never never use Action Furnace again and I will share this bad experience to my relative and friends.
