- Had my water shut off all day and then installers didn't even turn on my hot water before leaving and damaged one of the connections... I went almost 24 hours without hot water.. - The installers never reassembled what they took apart to get the furnace inside ether.. - They never used drop sheets in the area they were working in and I had concrete dust, and other debris all over my basement. Woke up the next day without any hot water to have a shower and had to get down and start scrubbing floors, because thats why I paid them $8000, just so their employees don't finish their jobs.. The funny part is they send you a email before the job starts and say that "THEY WILL CLEAN UP EVERYTHING"" I guess thats just more dishonesty though.. - I have found that the installer ripped the bottom layer of my siding off and damaged it to drill holes in the foundation and never put it back, because its broken obviously.. - My hot water tank is making sounds like a jackhammer, whereas it was perfectly fine before... It's quite a coincidence since they were trying to get me to buy one when they were installing the furnace, its like magic that it started making these noises days later don't you think??? - After speaking to management they have blamed a bird for my hot water tank making jackhammer noises.... Quite the excuse for not wanting to honour their warranty... - They then offered me $150 off a new $3500 water tank.. Hahaha - They left the holes they drilled in my foundation unsealed with huge openings that water or insects could get inside my home.. - Management made excuses for all the damages their employees did in and around my house, leaving doors and gates wide open when leaving. Zero accountability. - The water tank is now making other banging sounds and constantly making a ticking noise.. I bet that must be other birds that live in my furnace right Action Furnace? - They don't Honour their slogan "FIXED RIGHT OR ITS FREE! WE GUARANTEE!", because I am sitting here with a broken water tank still.. **I would add the videos I recorded, but it only allows photos. Might be a good update to allow videos..

The Action Furnace team did a great job (21 Apr, 8-12 slot, NW Calgary). Took their time to work through the tune-up and communicated their recommendations clearly. They were not focused on pushing additional sales which I appreciated, and walked me through the work they had done before leaving. Great service from the guys.

We are the third household in our family to use Action Furnace. Marc was terrific to work with and covered all our questions thoroughly. The office staff were very helpful. Michael, the installer, along with Manny were great and made sure we understood the unit operation. Everyone was very approachable and professional.

Of course our furnace would act up/stopped working on the coldest day right after the warm spell we had. Made the call very early in the morning and had an appointment set up for the same day. Trent showed up a little later due to staffing issues/illnesses, but thankful he did considering. Trent took the time to explain everything to us and changed out/serviced what was needed. He was very professional and very polite. Consider yourself lucky if he shows up at your door to do repairs. THANKS TRENT!

Had the guy from Action show up, he did all the vents and dryer vent. Polite, patient, informative. Happy with the service.

The team that showed up were kind and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue with the furnace and resolve the issue. They also went above and beyond when ask to look at the hot water tank.

Amazing sales attention and promises 10/10. Installation 1/10 and furnace didn't work for 3 days. Still vibrates throughout my house and I have cold/warm areas with a 2 stage. WARNING: Action will not sell filters without a service. A very expensive disappointment purchasing from this company. Nothing but regrets so far.

While needing a new furnace in the cold winter is not fun, it was made easy by Action Furnace. So helpful, so professional and reliable. Thank you! Highly recommend this company!
