These guys were quick to book us in and very fair with pricing. The finance option they provided was a big selling point for us as we needed the furnace done ASAP since it broke right as the cold weather hit us! We also had the AC replaced as it was old and really sucking up our energy bill. We did have an issue a few weeks later with the furnace not turning on, they came the next day and spent all day making sure it was fixed. Turned out it was a manufacturer issue they hadnt seen before, learning lesson for him going forward so it was a win! Really appreciate these guys in all they did. Would highly recommend :)

Excellent service, and booking couldn't have been simpler. I gave them a call to make the appointment, and they were prompt when they arrived. extremely efficient in their job, and they made sure that everything was functioning properly. They ensured that I had a complete comprehension of how everything operated.

I had an A/C tune up completed (Jacob was excellent and explained everything well), but informed me that there was a safety issue with my old furnace. A few days later I had a person from Action Furnace come and give me a quote. The prices were astronomical, and there was some pressure to book the installation immediately if I wanted to get a discount. I'm grateful that I did my due diligence and had another quote - it was a full $2000 cheaper for a better quality furnace. Even a condensate pump quote was inflated at more than double the price. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed. Would never recommend for furnace install. However, as mentioned, the A/C technician was excellent.

Replaced 25 year pls furnace and installed a new AC unit I attempted to use the brand new AC unit this week it failed and it will take 2weeks to repair it. Not impressed

From start to finish Action was great. Very professional. Quote was the most detailed of the 5 we got. Installers were great. On time and very professional. They know what they are doing. They took the time to explain everything. Proof will truly be how long this new unit lasts and If something does break how the warranty is covered. Very impressed with action furnace

Ive used Action Furnace since fall of 2009 and cannot imagine ever going to anyone else. From the booking, setting up the Comfort Club Membership, billing, technicians or anyone else Ive ever come into contact with, the service and peace of mind Ive received from Action Furnace has always been wonderful. Today my furnace received a safety inspection as well as a cleanup of my hot water tank, and Dale really went all out for me. Hes very personable, respectful, efficient, provides clear explanations for everything- and didnt leave so much as a speck of mess behind. I also asked Dale about a humidifier and was excited to learn that having one installed would be quite affordable! Yay!! Looking forward to the duct cleaning (and beyond) after my home renovation is completed. Thanks! All of you have been phenomenal!

We previously called another company and the tech had no idea what was wrong with our furnace. Then we called Action furnace and was impressed with their communication, and commitment to safety. They did a safety inspection on our furnace (the previous company failed to do so) and found some extra issues. The tech was able to diagnose the issue with the furnace and provide an exact price to replace. The tech was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
