The team that replaced our windows (Mario Charette and Mike Bosco) were well presented and very polite. They did and excellent job and I found it to be efficiently and in a short time. Our estimator thought it could take two days to fully complete the 9 window replacement but this time was able to complete all the work in 7 hours. My windows look beautiful and they took the time to show me how easy it is to remove the windows and the screens to wash them.

Verdun was professional and efficient. The sales rep Andrew was always pleasant, available to answer any questions, had great knowledge of the product and measured the windows perfectly. Installation was completed same day and left the site clean upon completion. Kevin & Joel the installers were very nice and easy to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows!

Our house was about 48 years old and still with the original ten windows. We got quotes from three companies and chose Verdun based on their reputation and the engagement of their salesman. They had estimated a day and a half to do the job but the week when work started was very hot and humid. Nevertheless, the work was completed in two full days, including the extra time to solve an unanticipated construction problem. Installation went smoothly. The new windows are wonderful and a huge improvement over the old ones. The opening and closing mechanisms all work smoothly and there are no more drafts. We were impressed by the expertise and professionalism of the installation crew. A First-Rate Job!

I love the new look and quality of this large corner window -- a total of 15 ft. across and 6 ft high. My neighbours are all complementing me on the new look of my house. The installers did a fantastic job with the installation and trim of this large window. Same for the new front door. I would certainly refer them to my friends and neighbours to have their windows redone too.

I picked Verdun Windows and Doors over 3 others that I received estimates from. They were not the cheapest but they had the best reputation. And boy, they did not disappoint!! I had very old windows in a very old house to replace and from the sales team, office and phone support right to the installers at the finish line, they were all fantastic! Organized, knowledgeable and NO surprises. just the way you want it to go!! Bravo!!! I’d give them 12 stars if I could!

The sales representative forgot to include a window in his quote. The guy who measured the windows dimension was professional. The office administrator slowed to schedule an appointment. The installers came late and left early. Overall the service was poor.

Mario's crew was fabulous. They were professional and polite. The guys went right to work, even helped me move some heavy furniture out of the way. I would recommend Verdun.

Michel Mallette is a very professional and versed in his field. He called back on a concern I had and corrected issue immediately. His personality was very upfront and honest with no judgement. Knowing he has my interest ay heart for my home is key in a large investment worry free experience. I am very much looking forward to the window installation. Thank you

Terrible service. Installer broke wooden shutters and company has yet to replace. Been since June 1. Constant stall tactics by the company. Very upset that the company cancels appointments and doesn’t seem to care that my time is important.
