We are a repeat customer because there is no other company that we fully trust other than Verdun. All 17 windows in our home have now been replaced by Verdun and we liked their quality products so much that we even decided to get Verdun to replace our front door. They are professional from start to finish, and even go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with the job. We will absolutely use their service again when needed. Thanks Maxime for everything!

Kevin and his crew were amazing!!! They deserve a 5 out of 5 rating. They were on time, organized, efficient, worked well as a team were polite, courteous, and cleaned up all areas where they worked. They explained what they were doing , gave options on how to complete he trim even fixed our broken front door until they are able to return next Friday to install the doors

Mario and Michael did a great job installing my 10 windows. Very friendly. Price wise, Verdun also beat the competition. They cleaned up pretty well after the job. Will use them again in the future.

Bruno, Simon et Danik étaient une super équipe! I had a bit of clean up to do after them; however, they were efficient, skilled at what they did and friendly. They did not have the trim I ordered in the truck, and three of my nine windows were not the right size; however, they and the Verdun team solved this immediately and within days all of my windows and trim were installed. Time will tell if the windows are great quality. For now, they look and function beautifully and the team at Verdun were excellent - including Kathy, the second gentleman who measured the windows, and Nathalie. Thanks again.

Installers Patrick and Jean Louis were excellent. Had them here for two days and installed our windows perfectly. We had a few which needed to be retrofitted and they did them seamlessly. Cleaned up very well and even oiled my front door hinges on their way out. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Thanks for all your hard work. I can't quite staring at our new windows!!!

Mario and Mike came today to install 10 windows. There 7 windows upstairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms and 3 windows on the main floor including a large kitchen window. They did great work and cleaned up after the installation. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars for satisfaction with the company is because we have only had our windows for a few hours. I would recommend Verdun to anyone requiring windows.

We had to replace most of our windows (3 bedroom,4 living room, 2 basement, 1 bathroom, sliding patio door). After extensive research, we were intrigued by the Revocell line from Verdun Windows and Doors. These are a new line of windows and from an engineering and aesthetic point of view, we judged them to be the best available. The quality and design of these windows is, in our opinion, superior to other manufacturers from the easy screen removal to the smooth locking mechanism and crank handles. The first installation of windows took place on March 1st and the remainder, this week. The hot weather this summer has made us appreciate our choice of the Verdun windows. Although tinted windows cost a little more, we chose to have them (5) installed on the south-facing side of the house. It was one of the smartest decisions we have ever made. The glare of the sun which usually forced us to pull shades was effectively blocked and the house remained cooler and more comfortable all day long. Both teams of installers (Emmanuel & crew/John V & Junior) were very efficient; they definitely know their ‘stuff’. We were impressed how they also solved unforeseen complications effectively. They take pride in their work. Installations coordinator, Nathalie B and particularly, Sales representative, Maxime (Max) M, truly personify Verdun’s commitment to excellence and delivering on promises. It is because of them as well as the commitment of the installers to give us their best, that we have complete confidence in Verdun’s “no-bull” 20-year warranty.

Kevin and his colleagues showed up today and did an efficient job of installing and cleaning up after the installation. They were courteous, pleasant and skilled. I would recommend Kevin from Verdun Windows and Doors for installation work.

I had verdun replace my home windows and the service was great. Maxime the salesman explained everything very well. Eric and his crew made quick work of replacing the 6 windows in a day. Would definitely recomend.
