After some initial problems dealing with the sales staff in Nepean, everything was finally resolved by HQ and our door installed although much later than expect. In the end, the door is beautiful, the quality as expected and the guys who installed it (Patrick and Jean Louis) were extremely professional and did good quality work.

Verdun Windows and Doors delivered exceptional product, service and installation. The newly installed windows are very well made and have a great appearance. Eric Trudel made the selection and purchase effortless. The installers, Jason Lunn and Ryan Darou came exactly on time and proved experienced, friendly, polite and very professional. We had an extra challenge in that our solarium, with glass roof, made access to upper windows difficult. Jason quickly worked out a satisfactory solution, and installed the windows making it seem easy. His work also included laying down a clean caulking bead that you could not make straighter with a ruler - impressive. Working well together on the installation of each window, Ryan worked inside, removing and installing new trim - his work is all very clean and nicely finished. Two thumbs up to Verdun for assembling this great team - from sales to service. We highly recommend them!

Installers arrived on schedule. Andre and his team were courteous, cleaned up well and did a good job installing my windows. Overall very efficient and professional with the installation and clean up.

Excellent work performed by Mario's team. Crew arrived on time. Attention to details, clean-up...etc. Quite pleased. I recommend Verdun windows & doors. They did our whole house and it looks fantastic.

We had Verdun install our windows today and were pleasantly surprised with the service. The team leader Mario organised the crew and it was so well oiled I was shocked at how well they worked. The only break they took was for lunch. The temperature outside was 35 with a humid-ex of 41 but that did not bother them. I am so impressed and would highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing windows for their home. Their work was exceptional.

On Thursday, July 12th, we had all of our new windows installed by Verdun staff. I would like to send our special thanks to Ghislain and Kyle for doing an amazing job with the installation. They arrived early and finished on time and cleaned up everything nicely before leaving for the day. The windows look fabulous and I feel like we live in a new house.
