We had our living room window installed this morning, by Ghislain & was very pleased with the service we received. In addition to being very friendly, polite & professional, he did a super job of the installation & left everything nice & clean. I would most definitely ask for Ghislain to be assigned to any future work we may have done by Verdun.

The contracting went smoothly and the windows were ready for installation earlier than advertised. The employees were careful most of the time with a couple of exceptions where they left tools and materials on furniture. They cleaned up inside and outside the house after completion. They also were careful when removing some windows that I wanted to keep. They were willing and helpful in helping me solve minor problems that were not part of the contract, which saved me a lot of headaches. They remained very polite throughout and accepted that I overlook their work almost the whole time. They also provided me with advice on follow-on work I would have to do.

Crew came on time to start work and completed an installation of seven windows in approximately 6hrs. They did an excellent job on the installation (I think), and cleaned up thoroughly after they left. They talked me through the work they did too.

Wow, very professional and hard working crew. They make you feel like you're part of the team. Very good people and easy to talk to.

Both gentlemen were very nice and did a great job. Now I'm just waiting for the warranty and receipt which I was told I should get the day the work was done via email and I have yet to receive anything by email

Very nice installation. The molding were also kept to match the rest of the house.
