The installers were very efficient and knew what they were doing. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and big bonus they cleaned up every single bit of the mess! The windows are also great, i especially like that the panels open to 90 degrees for easy washing and better airflow.

I hired Verdun to replace two basement windows after our neighbour had the same done on his house and recommended them. Dealing with the salesperson was a pleasant experience as he took the time to quote different options. The actual installers were a bit of a different story. They didn't do much of a job of communicating the install procedure. In the end I was a somewhat dissatisfied to find that on the outside they used caulking to fill a 3/4" gap around the window; not very professional looking. I was expecting some flashing to be used to make it look clean, but with the lack of communication I didn't know what to expect.

I called Verdun to ask for a quote on replacement cost for windows. Michel M. came right when he said he would. He was both professional and polite.... And told me to save my money for now! He said that the existing windows, although older, are triple-glazed and vinyl clad and in fairly good condition. He recommended that for now I save myself some money by cleaning them (inside and out), replacing the few panes where the seal iss broken with new glass, and then recaulking around all the windows. I very much appreciate his honesty! When the day comes to get the windows replaced, Verdun Windows & Doors is the company that I'll be calling to do the job. What a pleasure it is doing business with a company that cares more about doing the right thing than making a quick sale. Way to go, Verdun and thank you, Michel!

From the beginning, the experience with Verdun was nothing short of great. The salesperson was patient, answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. What he quoted is what was completed on time and on budget. Although we had one small after-installation issue, Verdun was quick to respond and rectify the situation.
