They didn't waste any time, the old came out and the replacements went in no fuss. They were professional and answered all questions and tidied up after leaving me with no mess.

We had them replace four windows, a patio door and the front door. They arrived right on time in the morning and worked right through till the afternoon to get the work done. They were careful, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend Verdun to everyone who needs windows and doors.

I was very happy with the work performed by the Verdun sales team and also by their technicians.All the steps of the installation were explained to us prior to the start of the work and also when the technicians came over to do the work. The technicians were very professional and I had very little work to do following the completion of the work. I had to repaint the trimming (I was warned of this by the sales associate) and we had to repaint part of our wall where our bay window was changed (I was already aware that I would have to do this because of the state of the previous window frame that was there). I only took one star off the satisfaction because the windows were dirty outside and inside - I had to climb out to my roof to clean the windows on the outside.

The guys worked very quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and kept me informed at all times during their installation. The end product is better than I anticipated and look forward to them returning for later window replacements.
