We got the front and back door replaced at our condo in October and liked them so much, we got the same doors replaced in our new house this March (2013). Excellent, professional service throughout the entire process.

We had all the windows (14) and doors (2) replaced in our 17 yo home. The cheap builder windows were drafty and falling apart. In 2 days, all work was completed. Windows work great, no more drafts, new doors are awesome. Everyone is happy including the cat! great job Verdun!

I had heard of Verdun from the commercials and so decided to get an estimate from them as well as 2 other companies. The other companies were professional as was Verdun but I found Verdun went the extra distance. Colin was excellent he listened to my concerns and gave me multiple suggestions as to solutions to some of the problems I had with my current windows. The price was very competitive and the transferable warranty was one of the deciding factors. During the 4 days of installation the crew was always professional and extremely clean. The windows were removed and the new ones installed in a short amount of time. The work was excellent. I would recommend Colin, Verdun and their installation crew to anyone looking for new windows or doors. They have definitely raised the bar in integrity and professionalism.

Mike our sales rep was knowledgeable and took the time to measure and explain the process to us. After meeting with other companies we opted for Verdun. The installation team arrived the day and time that they had said and made sure to do everything possible not to dirty my home inside or out. They even had carpets put down throughout my house! The new front door and the windows look stunning!

For example, the day after New Years day 2013, Colin Elkins from Verdun, answered his personal phone and came over to help me close the window in my toddler sons bedroom. After 5 minutes work, the window was closed and the room was cozy warm again. Thanks Colin.

We were overall very pleased with the installation - staff were polite, knowledgeable and bilingual. They arrived on time early in the morning. The job was completed within the timeframe. Stéphane did a particularly great job in covering the flashing around the bay window and the garage - it exceeded my expectations. We were disappointed in seeing after the fact that the moldings were MDF rather than wood. Other than that we were verypleased and would recommend your company.

We just had a front window replaced with a Bay Window. We were very pleased with the quote and installation. They came when they said they would and finished in a timely fashion. They did a professional job and cleaned up well after. Their workers also helped us more than they needed to. We will see if the window survives our winter and write another review in the spring. If all is fine, we will update to a 10.

Verdun were very professional, windows look great, price very competitive and installation was efficient and tidy in less than 3 hours. Improved comfort in colder weather already. Would have preferred if the basement windows were not smaller than original.

Verdun Doors & Windows recently installed a new front entrance door for me. They showed up promptly as promised, installed the door quickly and even cleaned up the worksite. It was done in only a couple of hours and the door looks great! The work crew was very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for windows and doors.
