    New front door.

    We were very well advised on the choice of our front door and the installation of the door and all the hardware was done in a very professionally and with care to our residence. Highly satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend Verdun.

    Convenient and Professional

    Starting with the online request for quote (that actually works!) through to the cleanup after installation, my experience with Verdun Windows and Doors was smooth and simple. I had a group of three double hung windows, two sliders, and a patio door installed and I couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience. In fact, Im planning to have them replace several additional windows next year!

    Windows replacement

    I was very happy with my experience hiring Verdun Windows and Doors to replace old windows on my home. Verdun's prices were comparable with other reputable contractors whom I got estimates from and given that they are the most well known contractor for this service in Ottawa I chose them. Communication with Verdun was very easy and clear. Caitlin who was the rep who I worked with was very helpful. Whenever I had a question she quickly replied with the relevant information. Whenever, an appointment was scheduled Verdun arrived at the time specified. The work was done very smoothly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and end result. When the window that was leaking was replaced, the technician noticed that the window directly above it was also leaking and needed to be replaced. Verdun fast tracked the work for this additional window at no additional charge to minimize any possible water damage. This was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun to others and would definitely use their services again if I have to replace additional doors or windows.

    Door replacement

    Had 2 new, badly needed exterior doors installed yesterday. Excellent experience all around. The installer, Ghislaine, showed up as scheduled fully aware of the job at hand and fully equipped. Friendly and personable, he explained what he was here to do and then efficiently, professionally and in a very timely manner got everything done with not a speck of mess left behind. Very happy with my experience.

    New windows house and I are happy

    Got new windows very nice good job Jon / Chris installations was very professional and clean Jon/ Chris are strong and very professional they are very good team Verdun rocks !!

    New front door

    The door is exactly what was requested and updated the house perfectly. The team was efficient, fast, did a perfect job in about 2 hours and left the work area immaculate. This is the second job Verdun have done for me and this company has proven reliable, responsible and the people I've dealt with at every stage have been courteous and helpful. A budget means that my windows and doors are being tackled over time and I wouldn't have anyone else finish the job.

    Basement window glass replacement

    Foggy window pane, replaced thermo glass in single section. Made contact by phone from number found on the internet, prompt home visit for estimate followed by manufacture and installation. Courteous and professional service from office staff to field installer.

    VERDUN THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

    Started project in April, it is now Oct and we are still in limbo. Wanted to find a local Canadian company with an excellent reputation. THIS IS NOT THAT COMPANY. Although the salesman made an impression, the communication is nonexistent and service is lacking. We are reasonable people who expect to experience small hiccups with any project. This has been an absolutely retched and unnecessary complicated journey I would not wish this on anyone. We have been more than generous with time and patience. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Pay less, get more professional service and communication with ANY OTHER COMPANY!!

    Verdun Windows and Doors were awesome.
