Verdun Windows And Doors reviews (1710)

This is the 3rd job I've had Verdon do for me. The installers were on time and did a great job. I have more work to be done in the spring and will definitely be using again.

Good looking windows. Work was done in one day and the results are very nice. Glad we did this. I recommend Verdun windows for windows to anyone who wishes to get new windows.

We just had all pfpyr windows replaced and based on pricing some diy options they came in at the same price and installed. Sales person was no pressure, installers Jason and Ryan were quick workers. The windows look great.

The installers Kevin and Joel were awesome, they worked well together. Very polite, courteous and managed the installation professionally. We are very satisfied with the windows and the installation only took one day to complete all 13. 10 thumbs up!! Thank you!

Kevin and Joel came and installed our 8 windows. Showed up promptly at 7:00am and finished at 3:00pm. They worked fast and efficient. They are Extremely clean and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone! A++ service. Thank you very much

I now have beautiful new windows. I am especially happy with my new doors. The front door is elegant and practical and my garden door is massive. Way better than the small paneled door I had before. The fitters were great thanks to Jason and Ryan it was great to have such efficient and nice guys working in the house.

Installers came on a Sunday to accommodate us. They cleaned up after and ensured we were happy. windows look great, can't wait for our front door to come in. We will definitely recommend Verdon windows to our family and friends,

Verdun Has done it once again. I live in an old Victorian home and they installed a new door !!! Mario And Marc were the installers and are top notch. They made sure the floor was covered, took out old door, put the new one in, cleaned up and took old materials away. Very friendly guys and professional . We’re here at the time they stated! Verdun has replaced all my windows in two of my houses and now this door. I would not think of any other company but Verdun!! Prices are excellent and installers are top notch. I have recommended then to several of my friends who have used them and are completely satisfied .

We just had two windows and two doors installed. Thomas and Michel are both professional workers..with.attention to detail, laid down matting to protect our new floors, cleaned up after, and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with how beautiful everything looks. The brightness and airflow makes a big difference in our home.

When reading the reviews, we were confident about our choice to go with Verdun. What a mistake that was! Not a quality concern, the windows we got are very good quality, can't deny that. The customer service on the other end ... is an absolute disaster. It all started with the installation ... when one of the installers decided that talking to us inappropriately, using disrespectful language and terms, very close to insulting us, in our house, was totally acceptable behavior when dealing with customers. It kept on going when a technician was sent two weeks after installation to confirm that we indeed had a job not finished, all the while being obnoxious and trying to make us believe that a window that's crooked, or a new window that loudly cracks when being opened is "normal". It kept on going when we had no follow up whatsoever to let us know after his visit when everything was going to get fixed. We had to call to enquire and all of the sudden, finally, get an appointment scheduled for 10 days after the call. It keeps on going when that appointment did not fix every issue we had, because Verdun keeps "forgetting" things off the list. And now - again - nobody follows up on any of this. They don't really seem bothered by fixing any of the issues, over a month after installation. And to make things worse in terms of customer experience, nobody also takes the time to answer a simple question we asked 5 times already about the warranty! And I should mention that obviously nobody took the time as well to apologize for the installer's behaviour since it happened. So really - why would we ever recommend Verdun to anyone?
