    They did an awesome job. They clean up after they are finish and my windows look so beautiful. Great service excellent customer service. Great Job Mario and team it was a pleasure for them to work on my home. Thank you

    New Patio Door

    My experience with Verdun started out great with a very nice and knowledgeable salesman, and ended with a product I'm happy with which was installed by Jonathan and his helper, both very polite and efficient. This could have been a 10-star review had my installation been done when promised and not re-scheduled twice because the door wasn't ready even after the order had been placed 6 months previous. Regardless, happy with the end result.

    New patio door and installation

    The patio door is high quality. The installation crew (Jason and his colleagues) were efficient, friendly and paid a lot of attention to the details of installation: a nice, neat job. They took the time to point out various features of the door once it was installed. We are very happy with the results.

    New Replacement Windows

    Great crew, Peter and Adam. Superb workmanship and attention to detail. Arrived on schedule and worked very hard and diligently for two long days. They went above and beyond in ensuring that I was kept in the loop with regards to any minor issues which cropped up. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again.

    Front Door

    Very good service, Chris is very professional. I am very satisfied with my door looks great and was a pleasure to meet Chris. He has a very nice attitude, and he is very professional.

    Warranty Repairs Took A Year to get done

    I had windows and front and back door installed in March 2017. On Feb 12 2018 I attempted to contact Verdun as we were having issues with our front door not shutting properly, all the windows weren’t caulked properly and I was losing heat like crazy. Verdun came out after me going on Facebook Nov 2018 and stating the same thing The repairman came in Dec 2018 but needed some pieces to complete the repairs so he had to order them and they were to be in 3 weeks so after XMas time. Well I kept emailing them to get updates and it seemed to fall on deaf ears as it was Feb 2019 when the pieces finally came in. I will never do business with Verdun again. I spent 10K + and all I got was headaches and having to chase them to repair the windows and doors I had installed after 11 months. So much for trying to make your home energy efficient. It’s hard enough to pay heating/AC when your on LTD and you can’t even get energy efficient windows or doors or even have ppl to back your words up. Highly NOT recommended.

    Installation replacement of front door

    The installer was very polite and effective. Did a great job. In the fall we were told the installation would be in february but it was just done today. Maybe a phone call to advise of the delay would have been appreciated. Apart from that the door is great.

    New front door and sidelight

    Jason and Ryan arrived a little early and worked very efficiently. They were all done within about 2.5 hours and left things as clean and tidy as when they arrived. Great job! So happy with my new front door!!

    Windows installation

    Ryan and Jason were top notch! knowledgeable, tidy, friendly and were a pleasure to work with. Explained what there were doing and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Verdun and these two!

    Replacement front door and 2 kitchen windows

    Wonderful job and so quick and tidy. Highly recommend. It looks so great now with such a change, all the neighbours are jealous and looking into Reno's of their own.
