    Window Installation

    Chris and Simon were great at installing the 4 windows. They were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I was disappointed that it took 6 months after the order to install since I had a broken bedroom window.

    Door and Windows

    Had all 11 windows and 2 doors changed on our house. 6 months from order date for installation is quite a long wait. Thankfully it was worthwhile as the windows and doors look amazing. Mario and his helpers did an excellent installation job making sure everything was properly installed, insulated and trimmed. Flashing and caulking were done beautifully. Quality of the doors and windows look way above average from brands I’ve had installed in the past, time will tell how they hold up.

    Window replacement

    Very professional salesperson and installers. My only complaint is the amount of time between agreeing to the work and the actual installation. I guess that means they are popular, and I understand why -- the work is excellent, and the quality of the windows is excellent too.

    Window Installation

    Courteous, Clean, and Professional with Skilled Expertise describes the workmanship of Chris and his colleague , from Verdun Windows and Doors, this morning as they installed our bathroom window. A twenty minute advance notice of their arrival was sincerely appreciated. They arrived when they said they would arrive and gave me an approximate time of how long the job would take. They were quick and efficient ( finished the job within the time frame specified) and very knowledgeable of their craft. The end result: a Beautiful New Window and a very Happy customer! Thank you!

    Back door - sliding (and all windows in the house)

    Verdun, over a period of several years has renovated all the windows in our house. The latest back door, full sliding patio door was installed by Jonathon... he skillfully and competently solved several installation issues that came up on site. He was friendly and left the site clean after the job was done.

    Windows & doors

    Workers were considerate, and tried hard to do a neat job. Cleanup was pretty thorough. All the debris was removed. Of course there was a small amount of dust (expected) after they were done. Installed product looks good. Have one area of (vinyl) siding that looks a bit distorted / pushed out after openings enlarged - will see what happens once weather warms up (install done in early March). One door was not installed - apparently built differently than ordered, and installer caught error / confirmed with us before they started removing existing door. on door that was installed, would have been nice if in area of deadbolt the space between frame and rough opening was filled with wood (stronger install). I would use them again.

    Replacement of basement windows

    I was very impressed with the technicians that came out to my place. Not only were the very courteous they were also very knowledgeable. Once the job was completed not only did they show me the inside but the outside as well making sure I was completely satisfied before accepting any money. I will recommend them to all my family and friends and will definitely use them again for all my window needs. - Karlene

    New Windows and Doors

    Great customer service. The installation team was friendly, professional and did a great job of putting the windows in quickly and efficiently. The windows themselves are great and have made a huge difference in how bright the house is.

    Door

    The guys that came to replace door were very polite and explianed everything they were doing and had everything installed in 2 hour thanks chris for doing such a great job

    Chris and Simon were great

    Workers were lovely, professional and did the work in good time. Windows look good on the inside and on the outside. Thanks for every thing and I hope to book again in the future.
