    5 windows installed

    We installed 5 Lux windows this fall. We were more than impressed with the process, from the start with Derek, install with Clive and Todd, and completion/followup. Everyone is friendly and professional. The communication throughout the process is top-notch. The installers did an amazing job and we are more than impressed with the finished product. I would recommend Lux Windows to anyone looking for windows!

    A large window replacement

    Lux operates with extremely professional and experienced staff. We had a large picture window to replace. The Lux team helped us chose the best design option for this opening based on how we used the living space. The Lux team was extremely responsive, neat and tidy. We were very happy with our experience with Lux from beginning to end.

    Two more windows

    We have purchased windows from Lux on two previous occasions. Each purchase has been exceptionally worth it. The windows are well built, the installation is top notch, and the installers are very professional. I can't recommend Lux enough.

    New Window

    Wonderful service! We've had three windows replaced in our house and it was so easy, from the initial contact to the install. Now we just call our contact, Annie and she comes out to measure and then then Clive comes in to do the install. Can't wait to see them all again next year!

    Replacement of all windows and patio doors

    I couldn't be happier with the installation that Lux did in our home. Everything was delivered on time the installers were fantastic-very professional and we are thrilled with the end result. Annie was super helpful and I would certainly recommend the company to anyone looking for real professionals and great products. Thanks again Marcia Brumec

    Window replacement

    Lux Windows replaced 3 large tripple pane windows on 3 floors and repaired the frames and portion of wall due to water damage. The windows are great and the crew were efficient and thorough even with clean up. I am impressed with the quality and would recommend Lux Windows to anyone. Now it can rain and I won't have to worry any more.

    Windows but never seen doors

    I purchased Windows and doors 5 weeks ago and have received the Windows 1 week later than when I was told they would be ready for pickup due to a broken glass. I was ok with that and the Windows are very beautiful great craftsmanship. I am still waiting for the doors which I am now told will only be ready 6 weeks after ordering them. I find that very unacceptable when I was told it would only be three weeks.

    Picture window replacement

    In 2002 I replaced windows in my previous house with Lux windows and was very pleased with their performance. When I left that house in 2015, the windows were still in perfect shape. So when it came time to replace a picture window in my new home, Lux was the first name to come to mind. I got the top of the line window and was satisfied with the price. But it is the installation that really pleased me. The technician installing the window was experienced and patient and did a terrific job with it. Customer service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lux to others.

    Window Replacement

    We recently had a large window replaced n our house. From the first call to the final install we were very satisfied. The sales person that came to our house was very helpful and gave us numerous options for replacement. The installers were very professional and were happy to answer any questions we had. The site was cleaned very well on their departure. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Lux to anyone and we will be having them replace the remaining windows that need to done in our house in the near future.

    Windows in our home

    I purchased some Lux windows in 2005. They were such good quality I went back again to have some other windows replaced recently. I did have a bit of an initial mix up with the salesman but it was quickly resolved with management. I would recommend that you don't hesitate to ask questions. The windows were ordered and installed on time. The installer was excellent and showed me how he was doing the install and the care he was taking. Also we live in a small house and I found the crew to be very respectful of our space. This being said I would still suggest, that even though there is not much dust, to cover furniture nearby and layout cardboard for tools on a counter below a window being installed. I love the Lux product!
