Our windows in our home were all due for replacement. We wanted something with noise reduction since we have a new fire hall across from our home. We happened to be shopping around during their promo for a free upgrade to triple pane windows. Annie came to our home to do a quote and was very pleasant to deal with. She followed up when she said she would. We put our deposit down and waited quite a bit for the installation since they were backlogged from this promo. Installers were scheduled for 5 days during which heavy rain was projected, the installers were on time each day and we lucked out with the weather. Him and his son were very respectful, although my flower bed did get a little flattened and a few flowers were damaged, but where they were working it was difficult to avoid. I was working from home during the install week since we were keeping our dogs away and they were quiet, efficient and polite. The noise difference is very noticeable for us and the windows are excellent. We are very happy we chose Lux and have already passed our opinion on to some others in the construction industry that my husband works, since they are also shopping around. Thanks for the new facelift on the home!

We were not referred but looked at a few companies to do the project. The people we spoke to at the office as well as the estimator and the installers all did an excellent job and we are very pleased with our new garden doors and windows. The work was done when planned and the clean up was exellent. As we do additional windows we fully expect to use Lux for the remaining ones.

Excellent service & Installation. I was referred by my Aunt who had 4 windows installed & she was very pleased with the service & finished product. I decided to go ahead & have my 2 windows installed. I'm very pleased with the great service & installation I received. The gentleman was very nice & did the job all my himself. I LOVE my new windows and doors! Through every step, your company has been consistent in excellence. From sales, to installation, to customer service, everyone has been so professional...showing up on time, being skilled in their roles, communicating well, and generally caring about the customer. The installers (Clive and Todd) worked efficiently all day with complete attention to detail, were very respectful, and cleaned up every bit of debris. I will definitely be calling Lux soon to do my upstairs windows! I would highly recommend Lux to anyone, and in fact, I already have!

Great first experience with Lux. Flawless installation with a great final product. I laid back for the day while they did all the work and were pleasant to deal with. My neighbor was quick to comment on how great the windows looked.

I called Lux to replace my upstairs patio door as they had done the downstairs one about two years ago. Suzanne came to do the measurements, I requested that Daryl be the installer as he had done the previous door and I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. I was referred by my friends who also used Lux to replace their windows. I got Steve's business card and gave him a call. He came over and gave me quotes to replace all windows. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I then placed a PO. Darryl was our installer, he was also great and professional. Once the windows were installed, they sent a field supervisor to check the works. I feel that the whole process is very comforting, easy, and professional from the customer service, sales, installer and post implementation.

Service and product were great. Well worth the going with the best. would recommend to anyone thinking about adding value to their house. Would like to look into new doors next year.

I had a few issues with the salesman, he didn't really know to much. But after the manager stepped in everything went smoother like it usually does. Installation was a success.

The service men were friendly. They did a great job on the installation and cleaned everything up well. I will get my next windows with Lux and I recommend them as they were very professional in my dealings with them. Awesome job!
