    water heater replacement

    Exceeded expectations. Done promptly and efficiently. Great staff and service. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

    New Humidifier and furnance repair

    The representative(Anthony) was fantastic! Showed up on time, very helpful and professional. He took it upon himself to go the extra mile, making recommendations and taking the time to demonstrate how to use the new equipment. I would strongly recommend them.

    Air conditioner install.

    The boys over at Northwest Gas installed our air conditioner last year. They did a fantastic job. Not only is their work clean and quick, they also took the time to explain a few facts about the new unit. Couldn't be happier with our experience and I definitely recommend them to anybody needed help with heating and air!

    Furnace

    They were clean, fast, safe. They set everything including my thermostat. They summited and my paper in my behave so I can get any rebate that I’m I titled to.

    Product

    They removed gas water tanks and replaced with a tankless system we’re clean quick and efficient

    Close off a gas line

    We needed to close off the gas line connection on our old dryer in advance of our new one being delivered. Only realised this the night before. Northwest Gas were able to accommodate this last minute request and we're very friendly and professional.

    Furnace install

    Anthony and his crew found a crack in my heat exchanger. They gave me an option to replace the heat exchanger but explained it might be better to replace the whole furnace. They set me up with awesome warranty packages and a great system! Thanks for everything!

    Gas stove line

    The gentlemen that came in we're very knowledgeable and respectful of the home. The overall work was very clean and professional.

    gas fireplace exhaust hookup

    Installed the exhaust on our gas fireplace without any problems. I called and the next day they were here! The technicians (Derek & John) were very professional and kind. They took the time to explain how to turn on and off the unit and didn't leave a mess behind. I would recommend this company to others and will be using them in the future.
