This is the only company to call if you have a bat problem!! Kenny is knowledgeable, professional and had a quote for us over the phone. He was able to come the next day and has eliminated our bat problem in our large home.

After dealing with bats in our home for the third time I called Bats Canada. Kenny responded immediately and was able to tell exactly where the problem areas were just by looking at the house. They arrived here at 8 am the following morning and were very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. They did a fantastic job sealing all potential entry points for bats as well as any other wildlife. The work was done efficiently and meticulously and they went above and beyond what was expected. Where do I start . Well Ill start with the fact that I have had two bats inside my home in the last 10 years, most recently August 2023. This would not pose a major problem to a lot of people, but it certainly did for me. I was beyond freaked out , sleepless, and Im a state of panic. Nasty little creatures , no matter how good they are! I contacted Bats Canada , spoke to Benny who gave me all the ins and out on bats, initially made me feel freaked out. So after some serious thought , I decided to hire them to seal up my home and be bat free. ( im still a bit nervous , but much better , and no more bats ) Benny reassured me that the job would be done professionally, properly, and lifetime warranty. He did not disappoint. So his partner Kenny showed up with his assistant a few days after our conversation. Kenny and company were professional, meticulous, and very educational ! I learned a lot that morning. They told me if I had any problems to Contact them and they would come back. No bats in the house . However, I did enjoy yet water leaking through my back porch, naturally I checked with them , since I was told to do so if any problem. Kenny came to o my home promptly, and fixed the problem, which was not his doing whatsoever . Once again, he went above and beyond to help me out , he didnt have to ! Benny and Kenny have been so informative , so professional, and almost like therapist to a person that has a huge bat phobia ! Would I recommend this company? 100% likely one of the best companies I have deal with ! Im fact if I have ver move , I will be calling them to bat proof my new place before moving in!

Very knowledgeable. Great attention to detail. High quality workmanship. Explained everything thoroughly and patiently. This is not a cheap service, but Kenny is a real expert and this really isnt something the average person can or should do themselves. The old saying, You get what you pay for certainly applies here.

I am writing this review because I based my decision on the company to use, in part, from the Homestars reviews.  So, I hope this is helpful to others. If you have a bat problem don't bother wasting your time and money calling anyone else.   I initially contacted a wildlife company to do an inspection and this was a complete waste of time and money, I'll explain in more detail later.  Bats Canada are the experts at bat removal and bat proofing your home.   I read the Homestar reviews of a number of companies and I liked Bats Canada's reviews as well as their website informational content the most.  When I contacted Kenny he was very helpful and knowledgeable.  One of the major reasons why I decided to contact Bats Canada was their lifetime warranty.   A company that knows what they're doing and does it well will stand behind their work as Bats Canada does. As for my experience, Kenny gave me a quote over the phone and when he arrived to my house he quickly determined where the bats were entering and exiting.  They did not cut any corners and meticulously ensured all possible entry points were sealed so that bats could not eventually re-enter through another entry point. Very professional and showed me what he was doing and explained why.  I also loved that it doesn't say Bats Canada on their truck, so the rest of my neighbors didn't need to know.  When the bat first entered our home accidentally mid August 2 years ago, prior to contacting Kenny I called another company. The guy came and basically told me there wasn't anything in the attic and to leave a window open until the bat found its way out or that in a couple of days it would just die anyway because there would be no food (insects for it to eat) or water to drink. We tried leaving the door open for about 2 hours, then gave up.  I was mortified didn't know what else to do, turned off the AC, covered all the vents with plastic bags and put a towel under the door from the basement to the upper level. Over the next few weeks I only found a few pieces of guano and wasn't sure if it was just falling from the ceiling because we have an unfinished basement.  But just in case we put screens under the vents and kept the towel under the door at night because we wanted to prevent it from coming upstairs.  The following year, that is this year, once July came there were more droppings some larger some smaller....so now I figured not only did the bat find a way to exit and re-enter but it obviously hibernated in the walls over winter and now there was a baby too.  I decided to put a camera with infrared and record over night, something in hindsight I should have done a lot sooner.   I could not capture the entire basement so I picked two spots were I saw more of the guano and I saw them! There were 3 (mom and two babies). Called Kenny, job is done!   I'm hoping to never see anymore droppings in  the basement or anywhere else in the house for that matter ever again, but God forbid I do, I am fully confident that Kenny will come back and fix the problem. In my opinion, I think of it this way... if you needed a heart surgery you would go see a heart surgeon not a dentist, if you have a bat problem contact Bats Canada and get it done properly.

One of the best experiences I have ever dealt with since owning my house in the 8 plus years. Answered all questions, took the time before and during the work to explain all the details of the job, how things work, the species of bats, etc. Once Kenny and his crew began doing their work until they were finished I was surprised at how much level of detail they looked at and performed. They went above and beyond of what I expected and asked for. I was surprisingly shocked and impressed of the results, as well, the call back and show up to service my house was super impressive where as other local companies couldnt see me until next year. Money well worth it in my option!!!

I cannot express how happy we were with Kenny and Benjamin from Bats Canada. We have lived in our home for 29 years and for the first time ever 3 weeks ago we had a bat inside our living space. We figured it was just a fluke but we plugged up some areas where we thought it could have gotten in. Then, last Sunday in the middle of the night, just as we were beginning to feel comfortable again, there was another one! We were terrified! We were able to capture each bat and let it out without touching it, but we were so rattled, and felt invaded. The next morning we spoke with both Kenny and Benjamin and they were able to reassure us and put our minds at ease that we were in no danger. And, Kenny came the very next day and batproofed our entire exterior. Before his arrival Benjamin kept in contact with us a few times letting us know of his approximate arrival time which was so great, because theres nothing worse than waiting around and wondering when a company may or may not show up. We knew even from this that Bats Canada / Bat Control Specialists is the best of the best. When he arrived Kenny quickly got to work, checked all around our home, found where they were getting in, and had everything completed in about 5 hours. He went over everything with us, showed us where the exit cones were, photos of his work on the roof area and caulking of everywhere possible where they could enter. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and we could not have been happier and more grateful to him for taking care of this problem for us so quickly. We once again feel comfortable in our home, we are so thankful. Do not hesitate to call Kenny & Benjamin if you have bats in your home, you will be glad that you did.
