We have a 115-year old home (with a few bats in the attic and walls). The bats have very rarely come into our living space over the decades, but we finally decided to call in a company for bat removal (to increase our eventual re-sale value). After doing much research, we found BatsCanada (Kenny & Peter) (in conjunction with Bat Control Specialists - Benjamin). (We had previously received a cheaper quote from another popular Ontario company, but the work was only guaranteed for 5 years. Friends of ours are already needing their job done again by this other company.) We paid about double (with BatsCanada), but they stand by their work and have a lifetime warranty. We will not need to have our job redone. Kenny and Peter - consummate professionals - completed our job (an older home with high roof lines) over two "half days". There was no doubt that the job was professional and extremely thorough. As an ex-roofer, Kenny also addressed some other issues. In addition, he boxed in a couple of areas where larger animals (raccoons, squirrels, etc.) could also become a future problem. This was all done without a price increase - they stood by their original quote. Honestly, like any large job (with significant cost), we were nervous about finding the right company. We were absolutely not disappointed. We could clearly see (as they worked) that the job was done to perfection by Kenny & Peter. Moreover, Benjamin (my first contact - who arranged the job over the phone) was extremely informative and patient with me as he explained all aspects of the upcoming process. Benjamin, Kenny & Peter are a stellar team! We would give them our highest recommendation. My husband and I are extremely happy with everything! Thanks guys!

Kenny from Bats Canada Inc. came to our house several years ago to help remove the bats that were in our attic. They came back six or seven years later and Kenny was very quick and efficient again at helping us remove these bats from our house with no harm to the bats. This company is absolutely awesome! I called late on a weeknight after discovering that I may have a bat problem. Benjamin called me back that very same night - which I was so grateful for. Benjamin spent close to an hour on the phone with me. He educated me, and I felt so much better after speaking with him, I could tell he really knows his business. Based on our conversation, I told Benny that I wanted to go ahead with the bat proofing project. A day later Kenny called me and confirmed that he would be on site the next day. Just top notch service. When Kenny came by, I could tell he was a true professional - knowledgeable and experienced and someone who took this job seriously. Kenny told he would take care of the problem and he didn't disappoint! By far this has to be one of the best, most professional and responsive companies I have ever dealt with. Kenny is awesome, no one even comes close to them in this business. Other companies wouldn't even return my call after 7 days and now I'm glad they didn't. Kenny and Benny, I can't thank you enough!

We recently moved to our new home and soon discovered there was a bat problem. We thoroughly did the research and found ‘Bats Canada’ to be at the top of the list. We called for an assessment and quote. Ben and Ken made time in their busy schedule to fit us in and we were extremely fortunate and grateful for that. Problem resolved and we have not seen a bat since! They are the best! We highly recommend them.

I called Ken from Bat Removal late in 2020. I had a problem with bats in the soffits of my house. Ken showed up within a couple of days and installed temporary doors that would allow bats to leave but they could not get back in. They sealed all access around the roof space with caulking and screws. This worked perfectly and we have not seen the bats in the soffits since. I called ken this year to ask if he could come remover the temporary doors and install permanent covers, again he arrived quickly to complete this. I highly recommend them and would gladly call them again if any issues ever arise again.

I have had a bat problem for quite a few years. They came out at night flying around our bedroom while we were sleeping, evening hours while watching TV., droppings in the basement etc. It made living in our home very difficult. I was nervous all the time, couldn't relax when the evening came, and was afraid to go to bed! It became so distressing that we considered selling the house and moving. We spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the problem, hiring many bat control individuals and companies, spray foaming the attic, fixing the roof etc and nothing worked until Kenny came. He spent 2 full days examining and bat proofing what seemed to be every square inch of the house! He worked hard and successfully! It has been a year now, and there have bee NO bats! NO evidence of bats either! No droppings, no scratching sounds in the walls, nothing! I am so incredibly relieved and grateful! I feel like Kenny has given me my "home" back. Bats used to be on my mind ALL the time and now I hardly think or worry about them anymore. Thank you Kenny for what you have done for us!

Bats Canada is the best bat removal service in Ontario, hands down. Kenny is an expert whose work lives up to his word, and importantly, he honours his guarantee. About 4 years ago, after having lived with bats flying around the home every summer for 20 years, we had Kenny bat-proof our house. The service was excellent, prompt, and extremely effective. Kenny is a wealth of knowledge and truly makes you feel comfortable and safe. We had had our house "proofed" by other companies before, but it never stuck. However, with Bats Canada, we never had another bat, and the work was guaranteed if there was ever a problem. The peace of mind, sense of security, and freedom of worry and anxiety that no more bats offered to a house full of people terrified of bats was priceless. Eventually, the little terrors flying in our rooms at night were a distant memory. A few nights ago, the dreaded happened, and there was a bat in the house. We called Bats Canada at 4:30 in the morning and heard back around 8 that same day. Despite being extremely busy, Kenny was here in a few days, as soon as he could be, and was extremely thorough in locating the problem and fixing it very quickly. Even after the problem was solved, he continued to throughly search the rest of the house and make sure everything was in tip-top shape. He is truly prompt, professional, friendly, and gracious. Yes, he may cost a little more than the others, but he is worth every last penny. We cannot thank Kenny enough for giving us back our peace of mind. Thank you so much, Kenny.

Kenny bat proofed our home today and he was polite, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He caulked all gaps, installed wire mesh on the vent caps, and screwed down the drip edge and flashing. He also installed flashing where it was needed. I feel our home is completely sealed from any critter now, not just bats. After he left, we noticed that some of the caulking drooped due to the humidity, which was no fault of his. He came back (a 2 hour drive for him) late the same evening and fixed the issue. I would recommend his service 100%. While it was a touch expensive, I can appreciate the cost due to his thoroughness and knowledge. I know I got what I paid for. Excellent service, hands down. I believed we had Bats and had previously had our house bat proofed but the company was out of business so I found this company through a Google search. Kenny came by and while he saw some areas for improvement with the bat proofing he said we didn’t actually have bats (just night roosting by the chimney) and while he could bat proof again it didn’t make sense for us to spend our money on that. So nice to have an honest service provider who saved me a few thousand dollars :) if/when we really have bats we will call Kenny for sure!

Kenny removed our bats three years ago and did a great job. He returned today to check because we still have bats that just love our house. He made sure all was good. His warranty is great and he stands behind his work. Easy to contact and great service.
