    Bat Exclusion

We live in an area with an active bat habitat and bat migration route. From time to time over the years, we have had to deal with bat intrusions, and at one time, we had a local outfit perform an inspection and remedial. Nevertheless, the problem persisted and to cut to the chase, searched on-line and found bats-canada, contacted them for an evaluation and contracted to do the job. The job was done exactly one year ago and we're we're happy to report that we have not had one single bat encounter at home. And even if we are to encounter any at this point, we have the peace of mind that the work is covered by 5 yr warranty. Excellent job guys! Highly recommended. Gil from Kingston

    Rats Removal

We moved into our current house two years ago. For the past two summers, we had been seeing droppings in the basement, front porch, and garage. I always thought that we had a mice problem. We had a local pest control company perform mice control last summer. But it didn’t work, so we had another pest control company over to do mice control again this May. However, we still saw droppings after the treatment so we called them back. After two follow up visits, they finally sent a more experienced technician over, who identified that those droppings are not mice droppings and they are BAT droppings. No wonder we only saw droppings in the summers and not winers for the past two years. I know that I can no longer trust a pest control company who does everything. I need a bat control specialist. So I researched and found Bats Canada. I called Kenny and explained to him my situation. He was so knowledgable and answered all my questions on the phone. I knew after the call that he is the one who can help us. Kenny and his team came and closed all the potential entries and set up two one way traps (Before we was scared that I closed all the entrances and trapped the bats in the house. But after seeing Kenny, I noticed that I was far from closing all the entries). It have been weeks since Kenny did the bat proofing, and I didn't see any more droppings in the basement nor the garage. We still see droppings in the front porch so I know that the bats are still around our house but no longer IN our house. If you need to do a bat removal, I will highly recommend Kenny and his team. Thank you Kenny and his team again for making our home bats free!!!

Recent job done on Regent Street in London

Last week, Ken and his associate batproofed our house. When they arrived, they told us exactly what they would do and how long it would take, and we have never seen anyone work as focused and as diligently as they did. They went over every inch of our house exterior, as evidenced by 30 (thirty) tubes of caulking they spent. They set 5 "1-way" exits, so that bats already in the house could get out, and Ken will later remove these exits. Ken expressed his concern for bats, and - like us - is very troubled by the wind turbines that cause bats to die. As a personal opinion, these turbines should be removed because of their effect on bats and birds. We want to deal with animal removal people who care for the animals - not just get rid of them - and they gave us that assurance. Ken warned us that we might get a final bat or two - and we got 1, which we safely guided out a window. We now feel very secure that no more bats can get in, and any bats already in the house have been able to return outdoors. Ken even helped us replace a window that we had earlier frantically torn out when we had a bat in our house before they arrived (and we safely got that bat outside also). Amazing service. They cover off parts of the exterior that we don't believe some other services might do. They believe that the entire exterior is a possible point of entry, not just parts of the house that are easily gotten to. If you have a bat issue, call Bats Canada. And this endorsement was of our own volition with no payment from Ken.

    Bat removal

My son and I have just moved into our new home and the first night we found out that we had bats living inside the structure of our new home. This was not a nice house warming gift. So I started to do research about bats and found Bats Canada. I have to say that I am very impress with the work Kenny does. He is very precise with his work and lets not forget that Kenny and his assistant were very kind and understanding regarding my concern about the bats. They sealed every area that would of been possible for the bats to reenter and put 3 one way door. Kenny was kind enough to let me know what was going to happen that first night and let me tell you that he was 100% right. This guy knows exactly what he's talking about and I would recommend him to anyone. Lets not forget that the cost isn't bad and is money well spent to have a piece of mind and peace and quiet. Thank you Kenny for all of your hard work. We are now bat free.

    Bat removal

If you have bats do not waste your time with wildlife services. Call a professional that specializes in bats. Kenny at Bats Canada is most certainly professional. He came when he said he would, spent two days on the job (I have a large house), explained what he was doing and why and charged a reasonable fee for the work done. You may get a less expensive quote from a wildlife service but with Kenny you will actually get rid of your bats. I highly recommend this company; in fact I just told my next door neighbour who encountered a bat last night to call Kenny.

    Bat Removal

For the past 3 summers, we have dealt with a few bats in our home, and it has been a very stressful event each time. We contacted Ken of Bats Canada last night, and he asked a few questions, gave us a quote based on a visual of our home from Google maps, and then told us he would be able to come to our home today to bat proof it. We were very relieved that he would be able to do the job so quickly! Ken and his co-worker called ahead, arrived on time and were extremely helpful and friendly. All of my questions were answered, everything they completed was explained to me. I highly recommend Bats Canada, as we now have peace of mind and with a 5 year warranty, their services are well worth the cost. Thank you very much Bats Canada for helping us make our home bat free!!

    Bats in Attic

Three weeks ago I heard sounds in the bedroom ceiling and in the eaves when I was outside. At first I thought I had mice in my attic but when I was sitting outside at dusk, I heard and saw saw bats coming out. Found Bats Canada online, read the great reviews. Called Kenny, the owner of Bats Canada. He called right back, heard my situation and gave me a quote. Fortunately he as able to come within the week. Kenny and his partner did super work on the roof, eaves and chimney. Kenny made a follow up call to see get an update. I was able to tell him that three days later there is not a bat in sight! I am elated!! I would highly recommend this company. Who else would give you a 5 year guarantee?

    Bat Removal

We moved into our new home about 6 weeks ago only to discover we had bats in the chimney that were making their way into the house. We called Bats Canada and he came the same day, sealed up all the possible openings and installed one way traps. The bats have started to make their way out and we were assured that within a few days we will be bat free! Excellent, prompt service - highly recommended!

    Successful Bat Removal

Moving into a new house we were surprised to find bats living in the attic but also living in the chimney where they found access to the living area. Bats Canada arrived on short notice and identified several access locations where they installed exit-only traps and sealed multiple openings in the structure. The bats were gone within days. The following spring we once again found bats in the basement area but Bats Canada promptly arrived again operating under the warranty of the original contract and found a small access area behind the electrical service that was not previously identified and is rarely a location for entry. Thanks again for the great service and we now have a bat free home.
