    Service

    I'd like to share my experience with Dr HVAC company and their service technician Seth, and also his partner Mike for doing an excellent job in installing the centralize humidifier (Aprilaire 600). It took me a while to search for the best HVAC company and by just relying on the reviews of other customers in the past, i took a chance in getting their service. It was worthwhile spending the time reading most of the reviews and i know most of them were genuine because customers only want to show how much they appreciate their work and that's what i did.     Furnace Inspection and Repair

    Bryan was knowledgeable, professional, honest and very kind to answer my questions. Very happy with the fast service and I would recommend them to friends. Thank you so much Dr. HVAC.

    Just The Best!

    As is always the way, our AC unit stopped working while the temp outside was unbearably hot. Called Dr HVAC who quickly dispatched Sean to come look at it. Sean quickly diagnosed the problem (it was the capacitor), and switched it out for a new one. He gave the rest of the unit a once over to make sure it was all as should be and had it running again in hardly any time at all. Fantastic service as always from the people at Dr HVAC. They’ve done work for us in the past and have always been fantastic. We took a service contract with them last year, and we just won’t trust anyone else to repair our AC/Furnace now.

    Very knowledgable and friendly

    Thoroughly diagnosed an issue with a Trane CleanEffects electronic air cleaner and was able to also corroborate with a Trane technician. Offered 2 solutions and we are considering our options but they are all fair.

    Annual Maintenance Package

    Signed up for the Platinum annual Furnace and AC maintenance package. The website explicitly states that the package includes "professional cleaning" of the AC unit once a year and the same for the furnace. Imagine my surprise when the technician arrives (he was on time at least) and tells me that the cleaning is an extra $138! Very misleading advertising on the web.

    Broken AC diagnostic

    Called on Sat night and their techician Sean came out on Sun to check our HVAC system. Very knowledgeable technician. Helped me stop the problem on Sat over the phone and on Sun went over all the issues and gave me all my options. Honest, knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend.

    Sean Fagen is personable, professional and efficient

    Sean was at my home promptly. Answered all my questions. Very respectful and knowledgeable person. Fixed the problem with my AC and offered useful tips for AC efficiency. Thanks Sean Patrick

    Dehumidifier leaking

    I was happy with the work that was done. The technician explained everything being done . I know it was expensive, but there was enough water leaking on the downstairs floor, that I was worried it would leak to the other rooms. Also he came when he said he would, and I also received a text that he was on his way, and when he arrived. Yes I would recommend this company again! Thank you for the prompt service,

    Tankless Hot Water

    Super fast response! I called In the afternoon and Dr. HVAC had a brand new unit installed and running the next business day. Very professional and courteous service. I highly recommend and will use them again!

    Delivered expected service at quoted price with great customer service

    I had an issue with my furnace blower. It started making a noise an smelled hot. I called in the afternoon an got an appointment the next morning. Sean arrived with parts on hand and quickly addressed the problem. He provide full explanation of what and why he was doing certain checks. He answered all questions and provided excellent customer service in addition to replacing the motor. I liked that Dr. HVac texted a little link with a photo and details about my tech before he arrived so I could confidently let Sean into my home as a representative of Dr HVac. The customer service team from the company called to confirm my satisfaction with the work and their technican Positive experience.
