Bruna came to our home and was very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail. It felt like we knew her for many years. We told her our budget and she was able to get approval for certain things that we needed. Bruna also followed up with us to ensure the install went smoothly. I would also like to say that the installer Dan was also very professional and explained how the equipment was installed and how it worked. I was also very impressed with how they cleaned everything.

Bryan explained each step and test. Gave me the parameter range of each reading he took. He explained each step of the process. Bryan demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, and knowledge. Thank you Bryan Mario

The service was excellent, from Meagan returning a call from my message first thing in the morning to Bryan Malloch diagnostic and repair completed before noon the same day. Bryan explained the process as he went through it. He quoted the price for the repair and even asked if the repair would be covered under warranty from the purchase, such honesty that is not found often these days. I would use this company again or highly recommend them to anyone.

Sean Fagen arrived on time and took care to cover his shoes when he came in the house. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing the entire time in language I could understand. Right from beginning Bruna from sales taken care of the deal and followed up until satisfaction from Dr HVAC team. After order finalization, the crew member team with Sean did excellent service by installation and full attention. Excellent service by the Dr HVAC team. Recently Sean did Fantastic job. Diagnosis was perfect so the solution of my problem was resolved properly. Sean worked very hard to review issue occurred and paid full attention. He worked towards resolution and completed job successfully.

The service was great, very professional. I liked the text reminders. He was very knowledgeable. The only issue I have and it's with all the AC companies that repair is that you have to pay each time one of them comes out to take a look. So if you want more than one quote which we did, then it gets expensive just to get those quotes. The repair cost is 1/3 the cost of a new unit, so now we have to pay another couple of companies to get their opinion. And then we may end up buying a new unit but have already spent $300-400 just to find that out.

My A/C stopped working, and I left a message with Dr. HVAC around dinner time. They had a technician out the next morning to diagnose the problem (which was a faulty blower motor / controller unit). Although our A/C was previously installed by Dr. HVAC, the furnace and blower is much older, and was installed by a different company. Dr. HVAC worked with the furnace manufacturer to diagnose the problem, and determined that the problem was still covered by the parts & labour warranty from the original company. Dr. HVAC coordinated the warranty coverage with the original furnace company, so as the customer I didn't have to do a thing. I consider that great customer service. Additionally, the technician (Sean) was friendly, clean, and courteous. He explained everything to us, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Bruna was very efficient in the consultation of everything involving the presentation of what I need for a replacement air conditioner, furnace and add-ons options. I would definitely recommend this company!!!Great Job Bruna! B Boone Brampton

Dr. HVAC team were all very pleasant to work with. They were willing to come all the way to Acton for this installation. The technicians arrived on time and had protection for our carpeting. They were very informative and open to questions. Seth was very professional, clean and tidy, and very pleasant to talk to. Thank You Dr. HVAC!

I’ve used Dr HVAC for all my home cooking and heating issues for the last 2 years. I’ll never go to anyone else. The level of professionalism of everyone one in their team is rare in their industry.
