Bruna was on time, courteous and a breath of fresh air as far as sales-people go. She was thorough, came prepared and answered every question to our satisfaction. We made appointments with 3 HVAC providers (one who didn't even show up for the appointment) and have decided that DR HVAC has earned our confidence and our business. Thank you Bruna.

Had furnace inspection today. Sean is a professional and we felt he was completely honest and trustworthy on servicing that required immediate attention vs what could be delayed. He thoroughly explained all work. All future work will only be done through this company.

Our furnace broke down in February during one of the coldest nights of the year. We called Dr HVAC and they sent Sean out to assess our situation. Having had a few previous quotes, we knew it was time to replace our 17 year old furnace. Dr HVAC gave us a competitive price, and we had a new furnace installed the next day. From start to finish, Evelyn, Bruna and Sean were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all our questions. Today, Sean came out to do our annual check. He did not rush and did a through review of all components. Again, he took the time to answer all our questions in a professional and courteous manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Dr HVAC to our family and friends.

We scheduled the work last week, and the techs came to the house today right on time. They were quick, professional, and did a thorough review. I was very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone, as I’ve found dr. Hvac to be a great company to deal with from scheduling all the way through to when the job is done. Thanks again!

Service agents are on time and conscientious and do a good job at looking at everything. It can save you money down the line and add a couple of extra years to systems.

My first encounter with Dr. HVAC was about 2 years ago when I had an emergency furnace repair, after hours, on the coldest night of the year. We immediately received help and were so pleased we signed up for the annual heating and cooling maintenance services. Today, Erich came to check our heating system prior to the cold winds blowing. As always, Erich was courteous, professional, very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and educate me on system maintenance. We have had excellent service from the entire Dr. HVAC team, and know we are in trusted hands when they service our equipment.
