    New Home

    For the flooring and tile selections in my new home, the builder used Nu-Way Floor Fashions. I went to their showroom and met with Tracey who helped me choose all the items required. She was friendly and helpful and really knew the products. Her advice was great and I was nervous to see how it would look once it was all put together but it turned out absolutely wonderfully! The installation was also done well and I'm thrilled with my new house!

    Ceramic Tile Flooring (main floor)

    Nu-Way has been our preferred flooring/tiling provider for almost 20 years! They are professional, take great care of their customers and provide quality products and services. They listen to what we are trying to achieve, provide a variety of options and then deliver exactly what we have envisioned! Great staff, great company....HIGHLY recommend!

    whole house reno

    Really good sales experience. Informative and no pressure. Pricing seemed alright. The only small blight is the carpet installer womped the baseboard while installing the smooth edge but didn't say anything. Again sales/service handled it well.

    New home construction

    We had a new construction in Calgary using BayWest Homes. Nu-Way Flooring was our assigned vendor for hard wood, carpet, floor tile and wall tile. Tracey McMann was our consultant and she provided an invaluable service. She is truly a designer and helped to ensure that the colours coordinated and were within the style that we had set for the whole house. She listened to what we said about our lifestyle, tastes and budget. She helped us put together a perfect collection that shows our house beautifully.

    New Home Build

    The quality and installation of my laminate floors were one of the few things I was happy about with my new home build. Follow up care was exceptional. Would absolutely recommend them. Cost is an estimate as it was included in the purchase price of my home.

    Service

    We'd like to thank Andy and Julian at Nu-Way for incredible customer service for the last couple weeks. With many issues that we currently have to deal with the new house. You don't know how much we appreciated. Thanks again to you both.

    Tile flooring

    We were building with Sabal and Nu-Way was very nice when I came in to look at additional product and they installed our tile floor in a timely way. It looks great now! Love the product and it was not expensive!

    Design,tile,carpet,backsplash

    Although our designers customer service was second to none, we feel our choices for tile and backsplash weren't as good as they should have been. With the money we spent our design choices should be showhome quality and they're not. Our designer told us how good they installer were. As for tile, backsplash carpet and our foyer stone inlay, the installation was only average and the stone inlay is still not sealed properly. Their customer service is good but nothing like doing the job right the first time.

The builder you chose to build your home with has a design galleria where all the product is chosen. All of the products they have available for their customers to chose from are of a very high standard and quality. Nu-Way Floors takes pride in their workmanship on all installations and that is why we have second to none warranties. With respect to your tile sealing. The product you chose is a porous type of stone and may require extra sealing in the beginning. We provided 2 coats of sealant however if there is more sealant required the homeowner is responsible for maintaining it. If you are still having issues with your front entry stone please give us a call and we will be happy to help you through any questions you may have.

    New home construction

    I've been at Nuway to make selections to our new home. There were so many options that we got very confused. Elisha Wingrowich was amazing and patient, keeping us on the right path. Thank you!

    Build New House

    We are first time home buyer and we build our new house from Baywest Homes. Nu-Way staff are very accommodating, helpful and make it easier for us to choose from a wide variety of selections (Hardwood floors, Backsplash, carpet, etc.)They are really Professionals in terms of their profession.
