I called Afterglow to Inspect my furnaces for the Waterloo Rental Bylaw. I had a code problem with my one furnace and Afterglow was patient and professional in helping me get the right solution. I would recommend Afterglow and use them again.

The furnace broke in a rental property I own and Afterglow fixed it quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. It was winter and the tenants were getting cold so I appreciate their speedy service in getting this resolved ASAP. The technician that evaluated the problem was terrific. He wasn't pushy, taught me a bunch when I asked questions trying to learn more, and I definitely felt like he was doing his best to help me make an informed decision and not just trying to get me to get them to do a bigger job than what is needed (ex. replace the entire furnace where they would have made more money). I was very happy with the integrity and knowledge sharing and will definitely be going to them again for any future HVAC issues. Kornel

It was a freezing Saturday morning and our furnace was not working well - not going above 16 degrees. We called Afterglow who was at our house within an hour. Stephen was great at trouble shooting, found the problem and solved it quickly. Afterglow offers efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service, and was very quick to respond to our after-hours call. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I found a great service company for my furnace in Afterglow. We just moved into a home that was 5 years old and last week at -22 degrees we decided to get the furnace cleaned and inspected. Wayne came out and did a thorough job, told us more about the furnace than the home inspector, and spent the time to explain it to us. He also inspected and connected the electronic air cleaner for a reasonable fee and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Just by coincidence the next day our furnace wouldn't heat the house past 17 degrees. Wayne came out again and helped us determine the trouble codes. Turns out we needed a new furnace blower. They crossed town to get it to us and installed it the same day. Wayne called in the evening with a follow up call to ensure everything was working and that we had heat. They didn't even charge us for the3 second service call to diagnose the problem. I was very happy that I called Afterglow because they focused on our satisfaction. Price was great and service was outstanding. Would recommend this company to other Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge families. When you call Mary-Lou ask for Wayne, he will take care of things. Josh

I dig it. They were great. Highly recommended. Friendly service with a smile. Prompt, courteous, on time, hard workers. I'd recommend them to more friends and family, for sure. Next purchase will be a three stage high efficiency furnace.
