No hot water from water heater, phoned and luckily received an appointment same day. Jason, service technician fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was personable and competent. Also advised me of warranty on the heater which I appreciate. Thank you for a good experience.

I cannot emphasize enough how poor my experience has been with Always. We had a massive renovation where the main beam had to be replaced and we needed the gas and water lines disconnected from the water heater and furnace for two weeks, then reconnected. Always quoted $2100 for the entire job and 7 hours work with the caveat there might be extra work. Understandable. They sent Joseph on May 31st to the do the disconnect. He aggressively cut back the water lines and then reconnect the exterior water after realizing he had disconnected it. After turning on the natural gas, he failed to notice the meter was leaking.No idea if his work affected this, but it wasn't leaking before he turned the gas off and cut the lines in the house. I made an emergency call to Epcor to repair the issue. I then contacted a different plumber to quote on putting it back together. They quoted lower than Always by a significant amount, and I canceled the remaining work with Always via email on June 19th. The new plumber took 7! hours repairing the work Joseph did and it was still less $ than Always. I also had another emergency gas line call, as when Joseph disconnected, he left a gas line in the wall with a loose joint that was not leaking before the disconnect and it had to be repaired. I then spoke to a supervisor at Always by phone and explained the situation. He was understanding and I expected to get an invoice for the 3 hours work Joseph had done. Instead, in Aug, I got an invoice for $2100. I contacted Matthew and once again, explained the situation. The manager Lindsey got involved, and advised the invoice would be updated. I then got an invoice for $900 for 3 hours work. I have asked Lindsey to give me an hourly rate breakdown as to how this is $900 and have not heard back. I cannot advise enough, stay away from Always.

Luke is very personable and took the time to explain everything. He brought a team of 2 with him and was able to complete our furnace replacement and AC replacement in a single day instead of the 2 days quoted. Everything looks great, they cleaned up well, and I'm very pleased. Always is always our first call.

As part of our kitchen renovation, Always Plumbing disconnected our sink faucet and plumbing. Because the technician did not leave our old faucet, it needed to be replaced -- an unexpected expense. During the reconnection, another technician indicated the new faucet would not fit, only to find out myself, after much time wasting at a local hardware store, that the faucet did indeed fit. The technician left without leaving the sink drains. Much more time was wasted with multiple trips to different hardware stores to find the appropriate drain for each sink.

Checked the working order of the back flow valve in basement. Courteous, proficient and helpful.

Had a full bathroom roughed in and finished over three different visits. Although their office process could use a lot of help, Tyler has a technician was exceptional. He even made great friends with our dog.

Brandon came to our home today to provide a quote. He was friendly, efficient and professional. He definitely knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions

Just before the technician's arrival, I was feeling anxious about what he would tell me, as my furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and I had not had it serviced for several years. However, Steve put me at ease as he checked out the furnace and mentioned the various things that could possibly be wrong. He got the furnace working ultimately though he told me that it was showing wear and tear and discussed options going forward. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and now, I must say, I have much confidence in this company

Prince came at midnight and got our boiler restarted; it was a loose wire that apparently had been knocked off from work we had done earlier in the day. I had to phone several times before I talked to anyone, despite Always advertising they are available 24 hours. I was a little disappointed with that, but Prince did a great job even tho he was not familiar with boilers. There was no charge for the service.

We purchased faucet ahead for 454. and a plumber came to install. Very efficient and explained problem we had with old faucet before installing new. Happy with the work completed.
