Billa Appliance definitely had a great price for my dryer. Compared around, the Brick, Futureshop, Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, but no one came close to what Billa offered. Great price, great service, and delivered next day. The delivery guys were helpful and was able to squeeze my dryer into my basement. Definitely will recommend to friends and family

I recently went to Billa's to browse as I heard about the prices and products through a friend. I was amazed to see the wide selection on products available. Both my sister and I purchased Jennair packages for our homes 5 months in advance. I was ecstatic to see that the packages had arrived to both of our homes on time without any hassle. The best part about my experience was that the salesperson was completely knowledgable about the products in the store and provided me with all of the information that I needed. The salesman Sandeep was not pushy and was able to provide me with information on all of the products and was able to find the product that was most suitable for my needs. I was also surprised to see the wide selection on televisions as I initially thought they only sold appliances. I would recommend anyone looking for great prices and a great customer experience to definitely go to Billa's for any appliance needs.

You get what you pay for. In this case, yes you get decent appliances at super-low prices. If that were the end of the transaction then things would be ok. But after they make the sale it is like they stop caring because they have your money. We paid for delivery and install (and don't believe them when they say the installers are independent. It's the same guys who do the delivery.) Our floor model dishwasher arrived without a kickplate, which is funny because it had one in the store and our sales person assured us that everything would be there. They do a total butcher job on your walls if they need to cut it open to access any electrical or plumbing. A month later they still hadn't come back with the kickplate so we called to complain, and someone was around a few days later...with the kickplate but the WRONG SCREWS. Another month goes by, and I call to complain some more and apparently in their computer they have it marked down as finished. And then they have the gall to suggest to me on the phone that they are doing everything they can for us (after forgetting about us each time and forcing ME to call THEM to come back and finish the job) and they are doing all this for free. Oh thank you Billa for not charging me extra for the screws and kickplate that should have been with the unit the first time you sent it from the store or the finishing of the install, all of which I paid for. But your appliances here if you must get a good deal, but don't expect ANYTHING after the money leaves your account and definitely hire someone else to install them for you.

Billa Appliances has the best prices compared to Sears or The Brick, etc. Our sales rep Vaneet was very helpful, I went there several times before making our purchases and had talked to a few different sales reps, but we felt the most comfortable with Vaneet because he really takes the time to explain everything. The only disappointment was that my gas stove was out of stock and took an additional 3 weeks to arrive, even though I had ordered it a couple of months in advance. I was told it was the manufacturer's issue, and they were willing to send us a temporary stove in the meantime. I didn't want this option though because it felt like more of a hassle, so I asked them to include some installation services instead. We went back again at a later date to look for a range hood.

I went to Billa to purchase new appliances for my house. Their prices can’t be beat, and they have a good selection. I like that they do not pressure you to buy, and they take the time to answer questions. I did have some problems with three of my appliances and had to call the manufacturer to take a look at them, but from what I was told by the service people who came out, it was just bad luck. From what the service technicians told me (who are not connected to Billa), Billa does not sell any refurbished appliances. Despite some hiccups, I would go back to them again. I know I’ll get the best price and good service without running around town or waiting for a sale.

We ordered a Thermador appliances package (built in refrigerator, wall oven, island hood, cooktop and dishwasher) from Billa Appliances. Their price was the best and Service was also best. Appliances were available on time. They were flexible with installation date. Their installation crew has room for slight improvement. Despite that I will give them 10 out of 10.

I will take back my words on this company. I was frustrated with my situation at the time, however these guys were quick to make up for it. Brought back the correct items in a timely manner and redeemed themselves. They have great prices, I recommend you check them out.

Normally I buy all my appliances from the brick or sears, the kenmore brand was my favorite to buy. But I had friend recommend me to see this little place down by woodbine and denison. I walked in and the service people were ready to greet me, not shove a whole bunch of information and make a quick sale. Instead the sale rep helping me said " At the end of the day you have to live with the what you buy" he helped me find a good brand that fit budget, and the deal was fantastic. The delivery was mediocre, nice guys, the timing they give is not great. And the service is ok for$40 since they moved all my old appliances out of the house.

Excellent price , Excellent service.Excellent staff. Nothing to complain. Based on some of the reviews, I was a bit concerned. Nothing to worry about. They all did a wonderful job. Delivered before promised date. The technicians spent good 1 hour to install but never complained. I will definitely go to them again. Good job Vinit!

I cannot begin to tell you the frustration I have had dealing with this company. After purchasing my appliances in June for a major home renovation I was quite happy with the price and the service. This all changed on the day of my delivery. When the appliances did not arrive in the decided window of time I called the store. 2 1/2 hours later after numerous phone calls and assurances that they would call me back (which they did not) I found out from the salesperson Amit that it was "not his problem, the stove had been on back order for 2 months!" I was given the phone number for the owner but was not allowed to speak with him when I called there. I was left to deal with Ameed (sp?) who was apologetic and did recognize the situation that Billa had put me in (numerous trades lined up to install the gas oven, put the panel on the dishwasher, install the countertops) and started to work for me. He did up-grade the stove (well they couldn't even get the model I wanted) and assured me they would deliver the following day. When I clarified that they would be delivering all appliances Ameed then admitted to me that my dishwasher model had been discontinued! Clearly this company had no intention or ability to deliver on time but made no efforts to inform me or to assist me. Ameed did locate and obtain a dishwasher from somewhere and set up a new delivery time and date. Guess what - two hours into the time (almost 9pm now) I called to check. I was assured that the delivery men were 10 min away and were bringing me the dishwasher, range hood and a loaner stove!! Loaner stove!? I said no - I wanted what Ameed negotiated with me, I do not want to have to wait on my countertops because this is not the final model of stove and I do not want to deal with Billa again. Now this is Rameesh - the owner I am speaking with who talks over me, yells at me and then cancels my order and hangs up on me. Please note they have $1300 of mine. Billa - I would be more than happy to write a new review or an addendum if you come to your senses and make this very unhappy customer satisfied. Meanwhile - do yourself a favor - do not enter into any kind of dealings with Rameesh and Billa Appliances - if all does not go well he is clearly not the type of business man that is honourable or worthy. ** Sept. 29th As promised here is my update. Ameed called me this morning to arrange a delivery of the promised appliances. Straight forward and no problems. Clearly this is a company run by a rude, inept individual, with poor managment skills. As far as I can tell he has one employee who works for the customer. I have the appliances I wanted at the price I wanted - but I am sure that I have a few gray hairs to show for it. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them.
