Light Fixtures and Switches
Mark was very helpful in addressing problems I had with light fixtures. He took the time to be thorough in finding out why my ceiling fan was no longer working and found the specific part that I needed to get the manufacturer to replace under warranty. Thanks!

Hot water tank valve repair
Mark came by to help me repair my leaking hot water tank. He assessed the situation, went and bought the right parts and replaced the valve, saving me from having to replace the whole thing at considerable cost. This isn't the first time mark has come to my family's rescue. Highly recommended.

Boiler
My boiler had stopped working in Nov and so I started calling people to come quote me on a replacement. Mark came and he was very up front about pricing and what work needed to be done. He was not pushy or trying to sell me what I did not need. Mark ended up up asking if he could look at my boiler to see what was wrong. He fixed it on the spot at an amazing price. He saved me thousands of dollars. It was so very refreshing to have someone just be honest and upfront. Thank you Mark.

During the inspection I asked you if I could check to make sure you need a boiler which would have costed you around 10k When I checked your boiler I noticed just some loose wiring, which caused an erratic and unreliable furnace function, which I tightened the wires, and your boiler become like a new functional boiler God Bless you for your trust and happy new year

Tankless hot water install
Remove old hot water tank and replace with a more current, high efficient tankless unit. Very satisfied with the job. Mark and James were very professional, takes great pride in what they do and care about the customers wishes. I would call them back to do other work for us in the future and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Electrical troubleshooting
To be honest he was a pleasure to hire. He educated and identified all issues in a matter of matters minutes. I was blown away the issues I have tried to fix for months were all solved. And the base point is the price was fair. I would recommend this service for those who are working on any project.

AC Unit Replacement
We needed to have our AC compressor and coil replaced. We have a very difficult setup, with the compressor on brackets on the side of the house and the coil in a location that is difficult to reach and service. Both were put in by the original builder of the house with no consideration for how they would be replaced or serviced. Despite these difficulties, Mark came and did a great job replacing the compressor and coil. This required extending the coolant line and rotating the compressor to make it accessible for future service. Mark worked late on a weekend to get all of this done for us, coming back on a Sunday pretty much all day to finish the job. He was not satisfied until everything was cleaned up and working properly. The AC worked great all summer due to Mark's great work.

You’ll want to have this guy around
Mark came by to install 3 exterior fixtures. Very nice guy had all his equipment super fast and professional service very reasonable prices too. I’ll definitely keep Mark in speed dial for all my electric and HVAC needs.

Electrical repair
I had called about 10 electricians...none of which could come same day. Mark replied, was on time, quickly assessed and repaired the issue. I found him to be honest and efficient. His price was also more than fair. Better than other quotes i received. Thanks Mark for a job well done!

Boiler repair for radiators
Would absolutely hire House Depot again. Job was done quickly and within a day of calling, and Mark was a really nice guy.
