Gas leak and electrical short
Had 2 issues to address: 1) a severe leak in the gas line running to my backyard, and 2) a short somewhere in my basement affecting all of my potlights. Mark and his team were very prompt in answering my inquiry and coming to my house, were professional/friendly/fair to deal with, and most importantly were effective at diagnosing the issues and resolving them. It was great having someone who was skilled at both HVAC and electrical...great resource to have!!! Very satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend.

Mark not only possesses certification in all areas of HVAC including gas, he is a master electrician as well. Gas Firepit & Gas BBQ Install
Mark and his team were true professionals. We purchased a Dekko firepit and a Napoleon BBQ. We wanted to hire licensed gas fitter professional to run a new gas line around the house and under the deck. We wanted to have the devices hooked up rather quickly so we could use the firepit and bbq to entertain family coming from overseas. Despite this tight deadline, Mark was able to accommodate me and booked our project in a few days later on short notice. Mark said that he would come at 10am and he actually came right on time - Actually his partner came a little earlier to set-up so that they could start right at 10am. Fantastic! Despite it being a very hot and humid day the team was courteous, professional and updated me on the install every step of the way. One of the gas lines for the bbq were not set-up properly by a previous contractor and Mark was a professional about it and charged a very very fair price to make alterations so that the gas line would be installed properly and wouldn't be a complete eyesore by running it to the side and under the deck. I could also tell that Mark really cared for safety and ensured that his work was up to building code and safety. After the hookup was complete, Mark tested our BBQ and firepit to make sure they worked perfectly. He also spent time cleaning the worksite after he finished the job so that it was just the same way he found it when he entered our backyard! Our gas fireplace (indoors) stopped working for some reason and we called Mark and he came to take a look at it the evening of when we called, on a weekday evening, even though it was completely our fault for not knowing how to start our own fireplace! He really went above and beyond what we expected. I would definitely recommend Mark to my family and friends. If we have any projects going forward involving HVAC/gas fitter services he will be the first one to call.

Acu-10 High Precision Whole House Humidifier
Amazing job. Professionally done! The installers worked great on every detail during the installation of the humidifier. They were quick on providing best solution and they displayed an excellent customer care attitude. Also, they offered the best market price for the product / installation. The Extra Mile
I saw Marks positive ratings on HomeStars and decided to call him. He arrived at my Condo and worked on my A/C unit. I was surprised he was able to make it because a previous job of his took longer than expected and he had another early appointment the next day, as he told me. He came after I told him that the hot weather we were about to get would be too much for my 19 month old. Mark was thorough and checked drawings, manuals and a variety of components in the A/C unit. He tested hoses and electrical among other things. Eventually he figured out that the problem was a clog. He unclogged the drain and the A/C unit worked nicely. As I write this review it's very hot outside but luckily my daughter is comfortable. Mark went the extra mile, by showing up despite being really busy but also by being super thorough. I would recommend Mark and HouseDepot without hesitation.

Thanks, we understand very well that in many cases getting a furnace or air conditioner going again is often a necessity rather than a luxury. This summer we had a lot of days where the temperature rose to the point of being an actual health risk. That is something we take very seriously. Ductless air conditioner installation
Mark and his team were dedicated, hardworking, and trustworthy. They delivered, working into the wee hours of the night to finish the job. I would highly recommend.

Ventilation System Repair
This was an incredibly difficult proble to solve and Mark worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He even made himself available on very short notice as we were headed away on vacation. Amazing work. Affordable price.

Condensate on leak and humidifier installation
Mark was pleasant and prompt. He texted 1 hour before arriving. Mark was able to provide same day service. The humidifier installation was performed quickly. Mark cleaned up the area afterwards. Mark also provided a solution to a condensate drain that was installed in a very tight space. I was very pleased with the work and would use Mark again. I would also recommend Mark to friends and family for any heating and air conditioning work.

Air Conditioning Installation
We couldn’t be happier with the installation housedepot did for us! They were prompt, on time, friendly - they kept us in the loop as they worked so we always knew what was happening. When little problems popped up (on our end, nothing housedepot was responsible for), they helped patch them up at no extra cost and even stayed late to get things finished. Thank you so much for getting our a/c installed as painlessly and quickly as possible, we can finally enjoy the rest of our summer in comfort!

Very happy with House Depot
Mark diagnosed and fixed our furnace humidifier problem in the winter, and replaced our AC this summer. Everything others have said about him applies to our experience. We found him knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Found the bathroom vent fan that was covered in the drywall, then replace it.
Work was done in a neat and tidy fashion. Very friendly and explained the costs up front.
