Fast, Affordable and Friendly I came home last night to my a/c not working and saw a House Depot truck on my street and thought I would give them a call. Within 5 mins they were at my house, identified the problem and fixed it. In fact they were so accomadating and friendly that I'm letting them pick my cherry tree this weekend! 10/10

Mark, did a fantastic job. I was really impressed at how stuck to his quote, even though the job took longer then expected. Mark followed up after the job to ensure we were happy. Something, I have rarely experienced. His price was excellent, also!

I had central air conditioning installed last week and I am very satisfied with it. I was given a reasonable price and the House depot took their time making sure everything was done correctly. The furnace was installed for a very fair price and there has been no problem with the new furnace. Also, the furnace was installed in one day and has been run and checked out.

Mark helped us with an issue with our old stovetop, and the installation of the replacement. We found him to be very client-focussed, prompt, and competitively priced. His work reflected concern for cost, convenience & tidiness (to the point of profuse apologies for the dust created by grinding the worktop to fit the new stovetop). Efficient, persistent & effective.

I needed to relocate ductwork , install new hot water tank move arround few pipes. Found Mark on Homestars along with 3 other contractors His price was competitive completed work in time and professional manner. Poved to be an honest contractor that I would hire again if need it and highly recommend for others.

we had lots of problems with our furnace so as I and my wife talking and driving along Yong street in Toronto we notice Marks van passing by we took the number and we called oh boy we are glad with making the call . We had a bit of financial problems. Mark changed our furnace we could not effort to buy some thing fancy but Mark had a selection of differenThe product that offered us from linex to carrier and Good man so we decide to go with Good man since the price was very fair . Oh man neither me and my wife did not expect such a care and such a professionalism . Mark is not only a very good contractor he is also has very good knowledge of what he is doing he is also is a very good human being we had to change the wire for the thermostat and that was not even part of the deal because he really knocked down the price.we could not have him to change the thermostat wire and not to pay him but when he saw how tight we are not only he did not charge us a dim for 2 hours of extra work he did he also gave us a free thermostat . At the end we find out that Mark not only a gas tec. But also he is a master electrician so he gave us a very good price to upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amp. We have not gone ahead with the electrical work yet but as soon as we have a bit of money that would be our next project . I personally recomand Mark to any one that need quality and workmanship and price. God bless him

Mark was promoted from my neighbor and I asked him to come to take a look at my air condition and furnace. He fairly advised me to change the unit as the it was old and i spent too much money to service it. he changed my furnace and air condition, the job done perfectly clean and professional and I strongly advise House depot to everyone.

Mark was very professional and fixed my clogged drainage pipes from my Rheem furnace and he gave me good advise on what filters to use and how to clean to prevent drainage problems. I am planning to use House Depot services in the near future to install a Thankless water heater. i recommend Mark for his honesty and good work.

Great work by Mark and his helper. Clean, efficient work. Has a trustworthy and humble personality and very knowledgeable with great educational background. Worked very hard to do a great job. No cutting corners... I recommend them!
