    Hot water tank

    Our hot water heater broke due to water damage. Mark came the same day and stayed from 6-10PM trying to trouble shoot. He then came back the next day with the cheaper of the two options (having purchase 2-3 different sensors - at cost) without charging us for the extra sensors. He was courteous, kind, and extremely hardworking. Highly recommended. We will consider him for our AC (next project!). Esther and Carlo

    Guard Hot Water Tank not working

    On Saturday morning our hot water tank stop working. I phoned Mark explained the issue and he said he would come by that evening to have a look. He called in advance of coming and arrived within the hour. He fixed the problem (sensor was dirty) within an hour and got the hot water tank working again. Mark was returning on Monday with the part just in case we had the issue again, since the sensor is usually only good for 4 years and we have had the water tank for 3 years already. Mark was very good and did an excellent job working in a very tight spot on a Saturday evening. This allowed us to have hot water over the weekend instead of having to wait until Monday at the earliest to get someone in. Thanks Mark

    A/C Repair

    I called several places to come take a look at our 6-yr old A/C. I got people telling me to replace the A/C unit without even looking at it, also very high fees just to come over. As soon as I told Mark our issue, he gave me all the issues why our A/C was not working and possible fixes and rough estimates of the fixes. He also came the very next evening when I couldn't even get an appointment from other companies till days after. He was very courteous and promptly did everything to determine the problem and in about an hour and half we had our A/C working. Thank you Mark, I will def. give you a call and recommend you to our family and friends.

    Heat Pump in Condo

    This was the second time I called Mark for his services. I found him to be very knowledgeable when it came to heat pumps (not a skill that is easy to find), honest and very pleasant. My first experience with him was a positive one, so I immediately called Mark when I was having issues with the heat pump a year later. Mark came on a Friday before a long weekend and fixed the problem. He even called a few hours after he left to follow-up and make sure everything was working properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to family and friends and will be calling him back when it's time to replace the heat pump. Thank You Mark!

    Air conditioner repair

    Hottest day this summer and my air conditioner goes on the blink. House depot came the same day and fixed my problem right away. His rates were very reasonable and such a nice guy! Thanks.

    electrical

    Mark from House Depot installed a beautiful state-of-the-art LED fixture in our stairwell, along with a more convenient 3-way switch. What I appreciated most, though, was that he was able to hide the unsightly old wires and do all the switch relocation without damaging the wall or even the paint which other electricians said COULD NOT BE DONE.

    Air Conditioning

    Mark was excellent in solving our air conditioning problem. He was very determined and dedicated in doing a good job. After spending 3 hours trying to figure out what another technician did to miss-wire the AC unit he was able to solve the issue.

    Apartment air condition unit malfunction.

    This was my second time calling Mark for his services and he was great just like the first time. He worked for hours on the unit and he didn't want to leave until the problem was fixed on a Sunday afternoon. He knows his work and came within hours of calling on a weekend. Thanks to Mehrdad (Mark) we are now sitting with air conditioning on a hot summer day. I would recommend Mark and his work to all of my family and friends. Thank you again.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    I called Mark on Saturday and he committed to coming the next morning. He was very friendly and quoted a much cheaper price than the other three contractors I called. Also, his availability to come and diagnose the problem was much more expedient than others who could only come out mid-week or asked me to call back on Monday. Mark quickly assessed the problem and had the replacement part in his truck. The job was done in 45 mins and we now have a working AC. The same repair two years previously cost three times as much. Recommended.

    Bathroom Fan Timer Switch Diagnosis & Repair

    We highly recommend House Depot. Mark and his colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable and honest in price. They are very skillful and work efficiently, and patient on small project as well. Mark is so nice that he also provides advices about our kitchen exhaust fan problem with no extra charge. We are glad to know house depot in our area. Although it's a small project, but since it's the first time we look for electrician, we did some research and price comparison. Finally, we chose house depot because of their reasonable price, consistent license information and also the reviews on this site.
