I hired Mark from House Depot to upgrade our old combi boiler to a modern tankless combi unit in our condo townhouse. We had originally agreed on a Navien unit, but on the last day before the install Mark determined that the Navien was too tall to fit in the space that we had, so we agreed to switch the unit to a Rinnai instead for a bit more money. Mark went above and beyond as far as meeting my requests to have things plumbed so that no old plumbing lines were covered by new piping, and did a great job with the challenging, space-constrained installation. The resulting system layout was well done. When a couple of issues did crop up after the install, he came by promptly, prioritising us whenever we have no working heat, especially in the middle of winter. The issue turned out to be a seized circulator in the tankless boiler which was replaced under warranty by the mfg. One or two constructive criticism that I have is that the install did take longer than the original estimate we were given. I attribute this to two things: Mark's perfectionism and the space constrain of where the water heater must live and where the air intake/exhaust must go to in our condo townhouse. Still, getting an accurate estimate of project completion can be important when we as customer need to schedule other things around a project such as this.

Great work done to replace a hot water tank along with about 6 other electrical issues. Quality work and stayed as long as needed to get the job done right.

- fast to respond - accurate quote - ensured we had purchased the correct items prior to coming - provided the service - installation was completed, but they said they'd come back to complete the drywall patch work - I believe they would have returned to do the work, but I didn't want to wait for a second visit and opted to patch and paint myself. - company called back to offer to fix the issue when made aware - company apologized for any miscommunication

Very professional, all work completed as discussed, very flexible (one item removed and a new one added in at last minute), would definitely use them again and will refer as well.

Mark and his team installed my Aprilaire 800. I've had dry air challenges in my house for some time with existing humidifier creating water issues. The new installation is a very clean job from electrical to plumbing and my humidity level is now very comfortable throughout the house. Thanks for the great job!

Tech was super friendly and completed work at first visit. He even played with my dog. He recommended how I could move things around my basement to help with a renovation, and even offered to fix my baseboard heater no charge.

Mark is the owner of the company and I love the tankless water heater (Navien 240A) he and his friendly crew at House Depot installed for me. I look forward to calling Mark again, in the future should I have any problems with my a/c or furnace. Mark is a pleasant and honest gentleman, I accidentally overpaid him $50 in cash and he gave it back to me. ML

Mark was fantastic! Called him yesterday evening and he was at my place this morning to troubleshoot a heating issue with our heat pump. He routinely kept in touch via text and discovered a faulty wiring issue within 20 mins. He went above and beyond in helping us test a short circuit unit even though that wasnt part of our initial troubleshooting. Highly recommend leveraging his service for your needs.

This is the second time Mark has done work for us. We're very happy with his work, we trust him, and we will definitely call upon him again in the future.
