Technician, Mr.Phil Sands, did the work very efficiently and inspected the water system including the water softener. He pointed out defects in the present system and corrected them. He advised to have the water softener replaced and arranged for this to be done next week. Excellent service.

We’ve been customers of A1 Chesney for several years now and have always had good service. Which was evident again after experiencing a leak from our hot water tank. They sent out a technician, Ali K, that afternoon and he thoroughly explained the issue and even gave a ‘tutorial’ on the system. We appreciated this extra level of service. A very pleasant service call.

Ali K. is an excellent technician. He is very knowledgable and knows his job very well. He answered all of my questions. He did a beautiful job of replacing my hot water tank. My hot water tanks was a mess before, but it looks tidy and clean after he finished his work. I highly recommend this company and this technician. If my home needs more work to be done in the future, I will go back to this company and ask for this technician again for sure.
