As a long-time customer of A1 Chesney Service Experts Calgary for heating, air conditioning, hot water/plumbing requirements I am constantly amazed by their great service and terrific service technicians - today was another great experience with tech Ali K replacing a failed 50 gal hot water tank with a 60 gal Rheem Professional - great experience, clean, quick, and superior workmanship...!!!

Booking on line was a smooth and errorless process. Ali arrived on time, was able to source the type and size of water tank that I wanted and within a few hours we had hot water again. Ali was knowledgeable and friendly.

Called A1 after unit tripped and stopped working. They had tech ( Ali) respond first thing Monday morning. He cleaned the filters and calcium. Was impressed by his informative and polite service. Would highly recommend.

Ali K showed up on time and did an excellent job. He worked on my tankless hot water system and ensured all gas line work was up to standards. He was very thorough and checked all gas lines for leaks. He was very polite and friendly and meticulous in his work. I highly recommend Ali K.

Ali K's experience was noted and greatly appreciated. He took the time to ensure all water lines were routed in a neat and proper fashion, labeled for future reference, and included shut-off valves for possible repairs down the road, seasonal draining of the lines, etc. Once the work was complete - the area was left nice and tidy. It was a pleasure to deal with Ali K., and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Very happy with Ali K. Who came out for our annual maintenance on our hot water system. He was very friendly and helpful giving additional tips for other things in the furnace room and labeling all pipes and valves. Would highly recommend.

Ali installed a new water heater for me. He was on time, CLEAN, polite and very professional. Appreciate the time he took to make sure i knew all the features of the tank and how to maintain it. Would use again.
