Ali K. the technician explained everything to us about our water heating and HVAC system and worked very hard to install a new power vented water tank and had us back up and running again in the shortest time possible. The workmanship and service was first class.

Ali K. was the plumber that was sent to my house after I found that one of my pipes had burst behind a wall. Ali was fast and efficient and explained all the details I needed to know. Ali replaced the broken section with a piece that will not be subject to further damage. A1 Chesney has always taken care of my HVAC needs and now is my on-call plumber. I recommend you ask for Ali K. If you need a plumber.

We had a wonderful experience working with this company and specifically our technician Ali K. He worked extremely hard, and was here all day making sure our complicated system was done properly. He even left us his contact information if we ever have any questions. All the work was neat and tidy and labelled perfectly (so we will remember everything even after he leaves!) We would recommend this company and Ali K to anyone!

Ali K from A1 Chesney Service Experts installed a new salt-free water softener in our home. He was polite, friendly, knows what he is doing and communicated that really well to us during the installation. He also took time to label up and improve the position of our water pipe system. Ali K. was very tidy, professional and efficient as he serviced our furnace and humidifier. Should we need future service work done, we would request that he be that person.

I called A1 Chesney’s for a quote on a hot water tank yesterday. Ali K came to my house within the hour! After shopping around found his quote to be quite fair and reasonable. Ali returned today and hot water tanked is installed. Ali was friendly, professional and did a great job explaining the new tank to me. It was one phone call to get a new water heater. All the information about our previous hot water heater was kept on file so they knew exactly what we needed. Ali K showed up at my home right on time. He was very friendly and helpful and moved everything out of the way for me. Great attention to detail and I appreciated that any mess from the old hot water heater was cleaned up before the new one was installed.

We have used A1 Chester for furnace maintenance over the years and have always been very satisfied with the service - prompt and efficient - even on the weekends when, of course, all major disasters happen. This year was no exception. We had both a service technician and a sales rep out on the Easter weekend, and have since had a new furnace and hot water heater installed. We have an old house and Phil did a great job of cleaning up the pipes around the water heater, and explaining everything he had done. Kyle and Nathan also went above and beyond when installing the new furnace. We are very happy with all the work they have done!
