At the time of purchase the salesperson gave assurance that the purchase price was the lowest. I had asked if prices ever go lower, and she basically said no.
A week later, I had noticed the price did in fact drop. I was hoping CAS would accommodate the price difference, but they could not, instead referring to the agreement that price can not be adjusted after purchase, although this was not made clear to me at the time of purchase.
I had purchased several items from CAS in the past and have been a dedicated customer. I would like to maintain my loyalty as other big box stores are able to compete with the price but also offer lowest price guarantee.
I had submitted a Return Request but unfortunately, they were not helpful and advised that no adjustment will be made and that no help can be offered.
As such, I will no longer be supporting CAS with my business going forward.
