    Kitchen renovation

    Very satisfied with the delivery , the products I need to plus to see how they work but very satisfied so far

    Kitchen appliances

    Lovely sales staff and great delivery service. The fridge and stove were delivered without a scratch or dent and look lovely in our kitchen. We will have to use them for a few days to see how they work and to see if there are any problems.

    Poor After Sales Customer Service

    I have had an ongoing issue with CAS and the manufacturer since October 2022 in regard to two dishwashers that were both delivered, installed and did not work. Both dishwashers had the same defect. The manufacturer exchanged the first dishwasher. A repair technician was sent to repair the second dishwasher. The technician stated that the dishwasher cannot be repaired, and the problem is a manufacturers defect. Communication from the manufacturer has been extremely poor and difficult. As a customer I have emailed and called the manufacturer on multiple occasions to get a resolution for this issue. I was finally able to speak with the manufacturer's customer service on January 2nd. They have indicated that since the dishwasher cannot be repaired, they will be passing resolution back to Canadian Appliance Source and it will take approximately 10 days. As I mentioned earlier, I have not had a working dish washer since October. I called CAS customer care line today with no further resolution other than a representative informing me that I need to email aftersales to resolve this issue. How am I expected to know this? Each person I speak with gives me a different answer or direction to turn. Why is it that no matter who I call I get the run around.

Our goal is to always ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective. This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address as they hold the warranty. Please be advised that it takes more time for CAS to have an update from the manufacturer and this is the reason why we advise our customer to follow up directly with the manufacturer in order to speed up the process.     No Customer Care

    At the time of purchase the salesperson gave assurance that the purchase price was the lowest. I had asked if prices ever go lower, and she basically said no. A week later, I had noticed the price did in fact drop. I was hoping CAS would accommodate the price difference, but they could not, instead referring to the agreement that price can not be adjusted after purchase, although this was not made clear to me at the time of purchase. I had purchased several items from CAS in the past and have been a dedicated customer. I would like to maintain my loyalty as other big box stores are able to compete with the price but also offer lowest price guarantee. I had submitted a Return Request but unfortunately, they were not helpful and advised that no adjustment will be made and that no help can be offered. As such, I will no longer be supporting CAS with my business going forward.

    New Induction stove

    Purchased at CAS and quick and easy since salesperson knowledgeable. Delivered within two days. Delivery guys nice and were very careful with my floors. So appreciated!

    Whirlpool refrigerator

    Very good sales and delivery service. Last summer, I bought dishwasher and refrigerator from CAS.
