Horrible customer and return service.
They delivered the washing machine on Dec 21, 2022.
The delivery men dropped the washing machine on the floor and damaged the laminate flooring. The leg of the washing machine broke off from the impact. I called the service and asked to replace the washing machine. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't replaced the washing machine. They say that the return department does not have a phone number and I need to write letters to them. I wrote them one letter and was waiting 2 days for a response. They answered my letter, asking me to send one photo first. I sent and I was waiting for a response again for 2 days. Then they wrote that they would replace the broken leg. I replied that I do not need a replacement leg, I ask you to replace the washing machine. Again I wait 2 days for a response. They wrote that I need to send more photos. Another 2 days of waiting. I call the service, and there is only one answer: the return department will contact you within 2 days ...
Today is Jan 5, 2023 : Still waiting for the replacement :(
