    Washer

    Great experience both at the store and with delivery service. Knowledgeable and friendly rep. Delivery service was as scheduled and friendly.

    CAS is the worst!

    We bought a bosch dishwasher for a new house in 2021 and it is 2023 and we havent gotten it yet! We have been living in the new house for a tear already! It is a SHPM65Z55N dishwasher and they kept saying one of its parts is not being manufactured and the delay is from bosch. But at the same time they are still selling it in their website. Anytime we go there or talk to our sales agent he says I am sorry i wish I had better news for you. We said well pay the price difference between this and one of boschs higher series model, the difference of the current prices of each, they do not accept and keep saying you have to pay the full difference between what we paid for the one we bought a year and a half ago (fully paid at that time) and the higher models current price, even though the prices has drastically gone up. They do not even care about us and do not follow up. They didnt even give us a loaner dishwasher. We are very disappointed with their service.

    Easy to buy (online), quickly delivered exactly when expected, all in perfect condition; a simple and great experience.

    APPLIANCE PURCHASE

    Needed a new washer/dryer. Had bought from CAS before and enjoyed the service, both salesman and delivery team. Was equally impressed this time as well.

    Kitchen Renovation

    My kitchen had not changed much since the previous owner had it done in the 1990s. We had adjusted to its failings because we didn't want the upset that a needed major renovation would cause. But then came COVID. How can you clean to the standards the pandemic required in a terrible physical plant unless you are at it 25 hours of the day? So we planned and we are taking advantage of the super pricing that comes at Christmas. We thought your company was only for western Canada, but called to "just to see". Surprise,surprise the prices, were better,the warranties were better and the appliances were in stock. Even the delivery guys were tops. Thank you and have a Happy New Year

    Buying dishwasher

    Needed a new dishwasher quickly to replace my old one which sprung a leak. I went to the Vaughan store and Inder there explained different features of the model I was looking for and recommended similar model that was in stock so I wouldnt have to wait. So I bought it and it was delivered next day morning.

    Refrigerator purchase and delivery

    From time walked into store til refrigerator delivered . 24 hrs. Andrew was very helpful and efficient. Delivery team superb..wonder to watch!!

    Ge Cafe Gas Range

    Oven broke on Christmas Eve. CAS had one we wanted in stock along with a new hood we needed and at a discounted price. Both were delivered the next day. The in store salesperson was excellent and knowledgeable. The salesperson we also contacted via telephone was excellent. The delivery team was polite, courteous, cheerful and professional.
