    new stove

    Purchased new Samsung range at CAS Mississauga. Salesman Fahad explained Everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Delivery was on time with no damages externally.

    Whirlpool slide in

    Very satisfied with the whole experience. We would shop there again. Delivery was earlier than expected.

    Worst Customer Service and Terrible Product Experience

    I ordered a dryer off Canadian Appliance website, paid for delivery, install and warranty. The unit doesn't work as expected, and I'm told I cannot exchange for anything else because it's been used (how else would one find out that a product doesn't work). I've asked for phone calls to speak to a human, I'm told only by email they cannot do anything for me and I've just wasted $1800. Terrible terrible experience, don't buy anything from this company.

    Fridge delivery

    We ordered a fridge from Canadian Appliance and are happy with the price. The delivery arrived when we expected. The fridge box appeared to be laying down in the truck, which concerns us a bit. The delivery men were pleasant and friendly. We were hoping to put the fridge in the basement and believe it would have fit, but they said we had to remove the railings. We will now try on our own to get it down the stairs.

    Maytag range and dishwasher

    I have purchased an upright freezer approximately 2 years ago. Very satisfied with the purchase. Needing the range and dishwasher CAS was the first place I have checked and was pleased to get the items I was looking for and at a great price as well.

    Refrigerator

    Item delivered next day after purchase. Delivery guys very nice, removal of the old appliance and installation of the new one was smooth and clean. Happy with the service

    Kitchen Aid Garbage Compactor

    Excellent service! Product was in stock, at competitive prices, shipped/received in 2 business days, text message to confirm delivery time frame. Friendly delivery man who delivered within the timeframe advertised 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Actual delivery 11:30 AM. Very impressive!

    Samsung Refridgerator

    We purchased a Black Friday Special to replace an existing refrigerator weve been waiting to have repaired! So we have no review yet as we just received it! But service provided was great from the Salesperson!

    Dented fridge

    I purchased a gas stove, microwave and refrigerator from Canadian Appliance. After receiving all the equipment, I find out the fridge had a hidden dent. Subsequently accounts receivable phones to say they made a mistake when I paid for my microwave and now want $90.00, they just sent an email after 3 weeks saying they are taking me to collections after not dealing with my complaint regarding g the dent. Would NOT recommend this company.
